Been here twice and tried a number of dishes. The parking lot is a little sketch sometimes but the service is always great. They some specialty dishes that I don't see everywhere and I love they open early. Vietnamese breakfast, yes please. Every dish I've had taste a lot cleaner/healthier than the other places in OC. This used to be a coffee shop and they swapped to just restaurant because their food was being raved about. I'm a fan.
It's a small humble restaurant but don't let it fool you. I had the dry egg noodle with crab and shrimp, and it was one of the best egg noodles I've tasted.
I really appreciate that I didn't feel the dryness of MSG afterwards.
