This place is super cute… with great ambiance. Their drinks are also delicious! I’ve tried their house milk tea w/ boba and also their Oreo Brûlée which was also really good. Boba is super soft and flavorful.
Their parking lot is super small… the area is also not that great but the place itself is super nice!

Went to the boba shop 2 hours before closing and they are out of boba… I don’t understand how the main ingredient for the shop is out hours before closing with no reasoning. Horrible experience

Used to be a good place to study but last few times they had the air conditioning so cold I couldn’t even study or concentrate. That combined with the fact that this time they told me their policy has changed and the management prohibits them from giving out hot water! I said I don’t like strong tea but like to dilute it with hot water! This combined with the fact that I just failed my online exam means next time I’m going to the other summerfield or somewhere else.
Had this one white guy serve me I believe his name was Matt or Mathew but his customer service came out rudely awful

This is a cute little tea shop. It's more spacious than it seems from the outside. The indoor decor gives a cozy vibe. I would say the service was great. I received my tea and food at a regular to fast pace. Then again, I did arrive near their opening time, so that may also be why service was fast. I did notice, however, that as time went on, the shop did become more busy. I would recommend you try this shop out. The tea and popcorn chicken were delicious.

I love this place, the employees are fantastic and the food and drinks are amazing… the only problem I have is with the manager… I would order my usual, a taro milk and just a shot of matcha.. always charged $1 for the shot.. water, ice and a tiny scoop… I went there tonight and he told me it’s now $5… just for a teaspoon of matcha mixed with water.. about 2 ounces… I would avoid this place whilst he is working as it seems he doesn’t like pleasing a consistent high tipping and purchasing customer.. I feel sorry for his wife… as she probably feels the same.. no pleasure …..

I really enjoy this place. Drinks are always tasty, good ambiance, a good place to fo study if you are a student, free wifi, restroom available, and overall a good hanging out spot. My favs are: brown bear boba, mango me, and aloha.
Parking: It’s a small parking lot space and gets full quickly, if you want a spot I suggest going there early.
Trying the seasonal drinks and love it! Drinks are fresh and also love their snacks too.
