I stop here because I was craving some delicious pozole, and having been there before, I was excited for the same great experience. However, today’s visit was disappointing, to say the least. The pozole was bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. One of the crispy potato tacos served as a garnish had clearly been bitten into, as seen in the attached picture. I decided to share this feedback with the manager, hoping for a resolution.

To my surprise, the manager took it rather poorly. Instead of offering a replacement or taking responsibility, he brought me another taco, threw it on the table, and aggressively began breaking it apart in front of me to prove it was just a broken taco. This response felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I had to ask him to step away from my table. After that, I requested the check and left.

As much as I try to support local businesses, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, especially when I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning again.

Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, will be coming again to try other dishes. Pozole verde was very good and we ordered churros which were hot and fresh.

All time favorite place to go and have pozole! Whether it's the red one, green or white one, you won't be disappointed. Menudo, hopes, burritos are also super good ??
