The only thing on the menu is junk food and sugary sodas. I thought they would have some coffee options. Cool Ambience, some of the fandom people there were a little annoying and pretentious but it was all in all a fun experience. The lady in the "Item shop was too busy socializing with friends to help us."

STAY AWAY! This place steals your credit card information. I left my card at the bar and the next day one of the employees decided to use my card at a bunch of places around town. Absolute nightmare to deal with the management. STAY FAR AWAY!

The price was unbelievable and it wasn't worth it even for half the price. 20 different places to visit on 4th as well makes it tough to come back.

Horrible business practice I was charged two different prices for exact same drink and then was going to be charged for what all of us thought was a complimentary one. Not a very smart way to try to build business by trying to scam customers. I paid my amount tipped pretty high but I won’t be back. Also the food is not great is lacks any kind of flavor and portions are extremely small and overpriced. The only good thing about this place is the layout how there is a bar in one side and lounge on other.

Great music, awesome atmosphere, but the bar staff left a little to be desired. They were hard working but seemed a little unknowledgeable about pretty standard cocktails and they took way longer to make than necessary. I think they may have had to step away to look em up, and in all fairness for them it was during a rush. While the place is super nice, I'd recommend sticking to shots and beers here

The bartenders need to be quicker and smarter with how they handle their people. I waited a long time for a drink, and i was asked again and again what was that I ordered.. cool spot it just needs some work.

Quality food authentically Vietnamese and reasonably competitively priced for the made to order. I enjoy the garlic noodles and shake and beef and spring rolls with noodles both be deliciousLight show wonderful atmosphere sufficiently loud to appreciate rap music quite entertaining.Responsive very friendly helpful staff always looking out for us.I don't usually go out to party but I had lots of fun

Came here with a 15+ large party with a reservation beforehand and so many things felt unacceptable. For me and my partner, it took probably two hours for our order and to come out. This also happened very, very slowly with dishes trickling out one at a time around the table. Some dishes were overly seasoned or had too much salt (notably the fries and seared salmon). It took 10+ min for water after asking for it, and some of us received a plastic to go fork instead of metal utensil. We were seated outside, but their heat lamps were all out of propane for at least an hour before some got delivered. To top it all off, it was not even busy, but felt severely understaffed. One would think knowing ahead of time for a reservation, they would have enough staff to handle.
