Taco Tuesday! $9 for four tacos and a drink? That's a deal!

This place is a rip off!! 3$ for a chicken taco? No thanks. And don't blame it on inflation either. It's chicken, not beef. No justification for this. Leo's on wheels deserves to go out of business!!!

I've been here several times since it's close to work. The service is always friendly. It's funny people mention the fries because I think they're better here than at the truck. I've ordered many different things here: tacos, tortas, pastrami, fish tacos, breakfast, soup and even a smoothie once. Everything has been pretty good and that's why I keep coming back. Leo and his chef Guero always got my back and make sure I enjoy my food.

I can't recommend Leo's enough! Consistently great food with great service and the food is always hot and it comes out in an extremely timely manner. I work in the Santa Ana Federal Building and during COVID all I could think about was whether or not Leo's would be there after the height of the pandemic had subsided. I couldn't be more grateful that they are here as I missed both their Big Star Coffee, Their Breakfast Quesadilla that consisted of Bacon, Egg and Cheese in a Tortilla as well as their Philly Cheesesteak which is as good as just about anything you'd find on the East Coast and I lived there for 13 years and went to Philly often. So glad they are still around and so excited to be able to patronize such a wonderful business with great employees who take pride in the work they do and the service they provide to the Federal Employees that work in the building as well as visitors who come and go including for citizenship ceremonies. What better way to celebrate than taking in Leo's great food.

To start with this place doesn't deserve one star. Was very disappointed with the way they cook there food here. Fries are over cooked or under cooked. Tacos are not on point, they use Philly Steak cheese for their tacos. I do not recommend eating here. Customer service is very poorly and the cook does not know how to cook. Feel sorry for the people that eat here. By the way don't go to there food truck it's the same thing.

I decided to give this food truck a try. So far I had street tacos which were pretty good, the breakfast burrito, also good, and quesadilla which weirdly came with fries was mediocre. The fries were bla. The breakfast burrito is not as big as other places but it was good and I would order it again. Street tacos are street tacos, nothing special but I would order again. The quesadilla, I would definitely NOT order again. Ingredients quality is averageI would say. The prices are not a deal and I think they could do a little better. Unnoticed they changed their fries to the crinkle style - not a good move.

Very good food, good price and great service. Always a smile on their face. Definitely a perk about working in the same building.

Lots of made to order breakfast and lunch itema being served to the hungry hardworking people of Santa Ana. This place is located on the first floor in one of the Federal Buildings in Santa Ana. It also requires a security clearance and ID to get in. It is within walking distance of most of the courthouses, which is where I am going to be stuck for quite a while. I have been here a few times and the most inconsistent thing are the fries. Day 1 they were good with my burger. Day 2 completely undercooked with my philly cheesesteak. Day 3 they were somewhere in between with my sandwich. Prices are okay. Somewhere between $8-$10 for a combo which includes fries and a fountain drink. But it can add up if you go everyday. Anyways this is a good alternative place to eat while in the Justice area.

We were visiting from Iowa, and found this spot. It's in a federal building so we had to go thru security:) But well worth it. Great spot in our adventure in Santa Anna ca!

Leo's Cafe is killing it at 34 civic center. From fresh food made when you order to the staff that you can't help but become good friends after meeting them. Hands down one of the best spots in santa ana.

Leo's cafe is a great spot for lunch. The food is great and the selection is even better. Lots to choose from. They are very friendly and will make you food just like you want it. The street tracks are delicious, a must try! Will be coming here often.

So Leo's used to be loacted in a food truck across the street from the cafe. When a co-worker told me he moved I had to come check out his new place. Leo's Cafe is located where Knowlwoods Cafe used to be. I got my usual order of tacos; I love the tacos from Leo's! The meat has always been tender and tasty! Add some lime and salsa and it is awesome every bite! Be careful with the salsa though! Both red and green have a small kick, so if you're not used to the heat then you're better off only trying a little at a time. I love the indoor seating area; It is cute and there is plenty. If you're in the area and looking for a place for either breakfast or lunch, I recommend this place. Be mindful of the hours though! They only serve breakfast until 10:30am. The breakfast is worth it! My co-worker swears by their breakfast burrito!
