Amazing service 10/10 so friendly and helpful with the menu and ordering. Flavor is INCREDIBLE we all got birra (tacos, quesadilla, and fries) and everything we had was AMAZING. Consumé was delicious and had just the right amount of heat. We can't wait to come back

easily one of my favorite taco spots in oc, and i'm picky! i ended up coming back two days in a row after the first time i tried this place, it's that good. their carne asada fries are unlike any other that i've tried. they're super generous with the meat, and every bite is amazing. this is a must-have! i've tried their tacos with a few meats: asada, pastor, pork belly. all of them were delicious, but i didn't expect the pork belly to be so good. their sauce and condiment station is stacked--the red sauce is actually pretty spicy, which was a pleasant surprise. lots of options and you get to take as much sauce as you want (sauce containers are provided.)service is always on point, never had any issues. they always answer my questions and my food always comes out quickly! they often run $1 taco promotions, go check out their insta to see which meats are on sale that day.i've tried a lot of taco places around socal, and this is definitely a unique and worthwhile place to try. i can't stop coming back!

I'm a very picky person, so it's hard to find good tacos, but omg this place has amazing ones. The asada & pollo adobada are good. But the birria ones are the bomb ! . They pack their tacos with meat , & flavor is on point. Consume is so good as well . They also have some purple onion with habanero & lime sauce that hits perfect . To top it off, they offer $1 tacos on certain days. 10/10 will recommend.
Im picky af when it comes to tacos especially birria tacos, theyre hard af to find and also finding a good consome is hard but these guys wont disappoint you, the tacos were really good the meat is not all dry like at other spots and the consome is not watered down either its perfect, i also recommended the waffle asada fries, best asada fries ive ever had!

My goodness where do I start?! Are you looking for somewhere delicious to eat tacos that is a legit place with delicious salsas and spicy oil salsa? Well this is it. The parking is shared with the barbershop next door so you can really park anywhere. Their chicken tacos are really good, the chorizo as well. My family gives the Asada 5 stars wash all the delicious tacos with a refreshing horchata my family's favorite. They have Birria tacos which hit so good with this weather. My fiancé has had the crisscut Asada fries and says those are really good with their signature red salsa (note not the oil salsa, the red one). 10/10 absolutely eat here often.

Stopped by tonight after a gala and enjoyed their quesobirrio pizza, variety of tacos such as pork belly and pastor, and asada waffle fries. Huge portions on the fries and the pizza was probably a average medium. I had the pork belly which was flavorful and delicious. I'm super picky on my pastor, so these weren't my favorite, though they were very good. The waffle fries were wonderfully crispy. My favorite was the pizza. It was crispy, flavorful, and freaking delicious. They're open until 11 pm and when we left there was a decent group of people waiting. The chef said that if there's a line they keep serving. Now, that's dedication. They also own the barber shop, so maybe check that out if you need a cut. I'll be back for sure. The food was on point and their customer service was fantastic. Seriously nice dudes. Thanks so much!

Located in front of "Faded" barbershop sitting nicely in the corner of Bristol & Warner. INext to the parking lot of Food4Less. At 11 am to 11 pm, Tuesdays to Sundays, you will see the big red food trailer with the word "Let's Meats Tacos". There are seating area under a large canopy, which is a big plus!I came here for their Taco Tuesday special, which is $1 for asada and pollo tacos. The sauces here stood out for me the most. I have been devouring tacos at many places for ten years living in Orange County, especially Santa Ana. So my expectations are high, that being said. The sauces are flavorful and the meats are tender plus seasoned well.I like that they have the pickled purple onions with carrots, the radish, and chopped white onions, with other toppings that are usually seen at most taco bars. As mentioned before, try the orange sauce. And their green sauce.. if you're a daredevil, go for the red ! Will highly recommend their juices, the pineapple is my favorite. Also horchata.. did I also mention.. they have cozome?! (I don't know how to spell it).. but definitely ask for it with that tostada special menu they have!

This is by far my favorite taco truck! I'm slowly making my way through the menu. My absolute favorite are the asada waffle fries. You are actually able to grab a good mouthful of fries plus your meat, you don't have to constantly pick at your food to get a good grab because they use waffle fries instead of regular fries. That means every bite is flavorful! I also enjoy the asada taco! I always love to add the purple onions that they offer with the habanero and hint of lime, SO GOOD!!!On top of flavorful food, their customer service is amazing! The owner Armando is very friendly and attentive to all his customers, I've noticed he greets his regulars by first name! He is that passionate that he makes sure he remembers a face. The other gentleman by the name of Jose is very knowledgeable as well and friendly. Anytime I have a question about an item on the menu he makes sure to explain to me what the actual item has. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You won't be disappointed.
