I ordered online to go in to get my order in the wrong slot of pick up. My order was in someone else's slot. He got there to get his pizza...welll after I stood there for 10 min or longer to get help all workers were in the back no one at register. About 4 more peiple waiting to be helped. We figured out I use my code to ger his and he mine. I get home to find out I got the wrong pizza. But my crazy bread and puffs were correct. I paid fir a 9.99 peppeoroni pizza and got a $5 cheese pizza. UNBELIEVABLE. WORSE SERVICE !!! and didn't get the right pizza.

I ordered ahead and was told that my Pizzas were going to be ready in 30 minutes, I arrived 10 minutes after, they were busy.... I ordered 2 extra most b. 1 pepperoni n sausage and an order of crazy bread.... When the cashier was ready to help me....He found no order under my name, He asked for another name...n I advise that I only have one name. He looked for the order n nothing... I showed him my phone with my call history, it was the same phone number and address... N nothing... A man arrived saying he ordered online, his order was on the queue n no other was inside the online pick up order section... This was terrible... 1st time it happened to me and it was my second time coming to this location n I believe the last one...

The attitude the employees give to the customers. There’s this girl in particular with glasses that treats the customers with attitude. Like if we are greeting food for feee and not paying. The manager should talk to the employees and tells them to treat the customers with respect.

Friday I Was craving the thin crust pepperoni and bbq wings. Went in very fast service by young lady that was very attentive to her 6 customers, seemed busy inside but she got the line completed very fast. She told me 20 minutes, I told her great, I'll be back in 20. Came back maybe 25 minutes later, another line for her, she was again doing a great job at taking orders doing pick ups. She remembered me and grabbed my order so I didn't have to wait in the line again. Thank you, for doing great job and multitasking with a smile.

Very slow service and the cashier besides handling cash was also touching the food with no gloves and cutting the pizza. You have 1 person upfront charging and also pulling pizza out the oven and cutting it and boxing it while in the back you have 4 people taking it easy line was long and manager just taking it easy.
