The waiting time was quite long even when no one was there, they were quite disappointing in the kitchen. They were chewing gum on the job (btw it fell on my pizza box). You should low-key get a better staff. But the food was amazing like always

Terrible. I went in at 6:20 and asked if my order was ready. Nobody checked to confirm. Another 20 mins later I asked if it was ready. Finally, someone looked only to realize my order was never made when the app clearly said it had been in the oven for the past 20 minutes. All I got was a lousy. Sorry, not even a compensation.
The poor cashier was almost unable to get her break cause of the chaos in the kitchen. Manager, do better

Disgusting. Doughey, oily undercooked pizza. Greasy. Nasty. We literally threw it away. Tried 5x with these guys. They can't figure it out. I give up.

Honestly, it's probably the worst Little Ceasar in Santa Ana. Customer service is always horrible here. Every time you go pick up pizza, it's never ready, and they never have any hot and ready available. Takes them 20 minutes to get you a pizza. Honestly, all the employees need better training.

This is a very busy Little Caesars. Maybe one of the busiest. Low cost pizza that feeds the family is always an easy choice. Their new pizza puffs are ingenious.
