I came to give it a second chance since 6+ years that I had gone to a loaded cafe. My expectations were high after an Instagram post. Decided to go to a different location to see if things are different and better. But it was a definite no! I got the asada chilaquiles and the caramel churro french toast. And for those two plates and 3 drinks I paid a bit over 65, 70 with tip. The food itself still has not improved. The salsa to the chilaquiles did not even taste like a salsa. I don't recommend this place. Viral videos are definitely deceiving. And not to mention the extra fees they charge. The staff were very polite so no complain there.

What a great place I stumbled upon! Food was fantastic and how sweet was our server Sandra!! She was helpful, friendly and most importantly she smiled. Great experience! Thank you.

Besides the questionable music selection for breakfast time it was an okay experience. That's it, just okay. Green salsa on the wet burrito tasted like zesty Italian dressing and was very watery and greasy. Tiny spot but definitely pretty okay if you just want eggs and hash browns with a coffee, anything more than that and you'll regret it. Definitely would NOT recommend ever, Denny's and IHOP would be a better first choice.

First time there and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Concha French toast and the crepes. But our waitress Sugey was horrible. We asked for another fork because we were only given one and she said she would bring us 1 and coffee. She took forever, she kept getting distracted. Then when she finally saw me looking at her, she remembered the fork but forgot the coffee. Few minutes later she came with the coffee and we said thank you and her tone was not a happy one. The place wasn't really that busy. The others waitresses were helpful and pleasant. So I put 1 star for service because of her. But everything else was good.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. We asked for half-and-half for our coffee, but they didn’t have any. When I requested a small cup of milk instead, they charged five dollars for it. I ordered chilaquiles, but they didn’t have much salsa, so I asked for a little more, and they charged an additional four dollars for that too. On top of that, the coffee was awful, and the cups weren’t cleaned properly, leaving a strange aftertaste. Despite these issues, the food itself was actually quite tasty.

After waiting 15 minutes a waitress finally asks if she can take my order and she apologizes at the very least. I was about to walk out! Worst customer service to keep customers waiting!

Food was amazing, our server was not. She gave the impression that she really didn't want to be there or do work. We weren't given utensils, even after we got our food and we had to flag her down after waiting some more to ask for forks. When we were doing the follow, tag, Instagram post for a free crepe, she told us we also had to do a review to qualify, however the way that the table ad is worded makes it seem like you can do the Instagram side for a free crepe the same day, OR you can do a Google review for a free crepe on the next visit. Not that both were required. It felt like she was rushing us and pushy to make our decision on which flavor. The free crepe was also incredibly mushy and gross, small and soggy

They treated us very well, the breakfasts were very rich, there were many opinions, between salty and sweet and Mexican. The atmosphere is very familiar and you will rock them all with a smile on their lips.
We will definitely come back again.
