We were served by Alma today. Dispite it being close to closing she was phenomenal!! It was our first time visiting any Loaded Cafe location and based on the service we received we would definitely visit this location and others. Customer service is a dying art and Alma’s service today restored my faith! Thank you

Went here for a Sunday breakfast. Service was great, good variety of menu choices,, good prices and they give you homemade conchas that remind me of my grandmother's. Defenitly coming back for dinner because I'm too full for lunch, lol.

Everything about this cafe exudes excellence, the ambiance, the customer service and the food goes well beyond basic expectations. You are expected to be treated well when going to a restaurant but everyone is kind, happy to fulfill requests on substitutions on meals and really strives for the customer to feel like they are getting a meal that is so satisfying it will leave you wanting to come back, again and again. She consistently checked in on me and my partner to make sure we had everything we needed and always did so with such a positive, vibrant attitude. Came here for brunch and was blown away by the extensive menu—it was hard to choose! I finally went with the chicken guacamole stacker, and it was a fantastic, savory twist on breakfast. They have a great selection of drinks, including flavored lattes and iced coffee horchata. Our server, Nery G, was very helpful and attentive. It’s a great, clean spot for families or friends to get together. Will definitely be back to try their famous crepes!
