Worst experience redeeming birthday reward and online ordering. I was thrilled to use my coupons online and it gave me estimated pick up time for 3:20pm on 4th of July. Made 2 separate orders. Drove 30-minutes to 4th Street only to find everything was closed. Phone number listed went to voicemail. So irresponsible of the vendor to not inform holiday hours and actually allow online orders to go through. So now I am charged on my credit card for 2 orders, used up my coupons for nothing. Wasted gas and 1-hour round trip. Terrible!

The drinks used be better, but overall it has gone down. From milk tea, workers don’t know how to make milk teas. Pure black tea then milk cream on top. They give you a drink a plain water tea, w a shot of milk cream calling milk tea. That’s not milk tea, in all my boba teas experience. There qualify of there drinks have gone down, though if I order coffee drink that they can make at times. But lately the new ppl their drinks making experience just sucks. Cause drinks are not pleasing, they won’t give u a refund. I rather go somewhere else to get my milk teas knowing what I’m getting is a milk tea and the drinks r just perfect.

Purple roots (ube and taro smoothie) is the best! Alternatives: Coconut cream, oat-milk. The boba always is made just right. Plenty of seating available.

Best boba in Southern California. I got their Ube speciality drink half sweet last night and it was so good. My kiddo got a crème brûlée brown sugar matcha and they did brûlée the top with a torch. It’s such a great place. Worth the tricky parking for sure.

Banana foster milk 50% sweet w boba: Soooooo good! Delicious banana cinnamon flavor! The brown sugar boba is perfect (no raisin flavor) and the texture is nice and squishy! 5/5

went here the day of my graduation and i got the strawberry matcha latte w/ almond milk quarter sweetness and it was so refreshing and the quality of the drink overall was super good!

Drinks taste like syrup, which i guess if you like a more sugary taste then you’ll like this but I prefer a stronger nutty/fruity flavor so I found the drinks to be pretty meh.
