Drinks taste like syrup, which i guess if you like a more sugary taste then you’ll like this but I prefer a stronger nutty/fruity flavor so I found the drinks to be pretty meh.

Why isn't there more locations!? This place is a 5 stars all around! They have consistent drinks and a wide menu to different likings. A lot of tea bobba places are inflexible with drinks or their sweetness levels are way too high. Their sesame beverage is good, strong sesame with mild ginger notes. Good Vietnamese coffee that can be ordered with no condensed milk. Their boba is soft and chewy. Their teas are freshly brewed. I don't really see powders and syrups here like other places. Even if I don't want tea or bobba I know I can go here for an iced coffee with plant based milk and some bobba. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Thanks for always being flexible. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Clean and spacious. Parking around the corner in structure or in meters, although meters can be scarce during the weekend! Do recommend!

Thai tea with oat milk I think and half sweet at least that is what I think I asked for lol. Place is inside of food court, first time here have to say drink is good, I like how you can customize it unlike 7 leaves where it's limited.

Nice location inside of a food hall. The menu is enticing, with lots of Vietnamese coffee hybrids. Price is on the higher end $7.55 for my drink. I got the Vietnamese coffee-matcha milk tea combo drink. The flavor of the drink was good, I could taste the matcha and Vietnamese coffee. I got 100% sweetness when I typically get 75% but it wasn't too sweet. I think 75% would've been ok too. But the tapioca was hard on the inside which was super disappointing because I did like the drink itself. One other benefit is that with your drink order, you get 20% off pho at And Broth which is in the same building so we took advantage of that. Not sure I'll ever try it again given the hardness of the tapioca sadly.

Had Loose Leaf for the first time. There wasn't anything particularly special about what I tried. It was ok, but somewhat expensive. No one was in line, so service went by quick.
Got a morning tea treat after the wifey and I went to our usual Barre class. The barista, Kendrick, was extremely helpful. I was interested in the banana foster drink and he suggested oat milk with 50% sweetness, or the “Kendrick special” as he called it… amazing drink and even better customer service. Would
Ordered strawberry matcha and Guava atole both of them were almost all milk not worth the money at all very disappointed and he guava came out iced?? Like what??

There is inside and outside seating in this market! 4. The staff were friendly and timely with my drink! 5. Parking structure is nearby with 2 hrs free parking on the weekend! I purchased their jasmine tea and strawberry matcha latte with boba to go. Both drinks tasted extremely fresh and the boba was both flavorful and chewy, even several hours out. I had some trouble with my order going through online but the barista was able to resolve the issue swiftly. Great customer service and drinks, will buy again if I'm in the area.
