Everytime I have come here and ordered wine the wine glass is always dirty ... food is decent though. Just not appetizing when you order an expensive glass of wine to have food crusted on it

I went back to give it another try and honestly it was a lot better. I ordered a sandwich that I enjoyed so much more. I ordered the BBQ Tri Tip sandwich and crunchy onions. The sauce that comes with the crunchy onions is to die for! For the side, I ordered mashed potatoes which was also delicious. I'm happy I gave this place another shot.

Horrible service arrived with a party of 11 and was informed by the shift manager ( SHANON ) the wait was gonna be 1 hour I asked to be split in to smaller table if it made a difference in time she said it would be 45 min we waited 1 hour to be seated the hour we where waiting to be seated there where 3 tables empty the entire time waiting to be called in . The manager Shannon decided to make us wait 1 hour just to sit us at the 3 table that where empty the whole hour we waited I asked her what the point of us waiting if we weren't sat together she said to provide better service. The restaurant is literally empty. Shanon is a horrible manager she should not be responsible in running a restaurant. As a business owner I would have fired her . Shannon the shift manager advised me the "General manager will be in Wednesday "

Lucille’s restaurant was very good when they first started out but for the last few years not good. This last weekend we went back after a while of not going & we had the barbecue rib tips and they were hard to chew, burned dry, greasy & smelled like butcher shop with barbecue sauce.?It appeared as if the appetizer was just leftovers scrapes off the bottom of the grill.We ordered two chicken salads and they totally, totally smelled & tasted like old refrigerator… as if salad was sitting in the refrigerator for a few days & just waiting to be topped with chicken.My stomach ??confirmed the taste later that evening … something was wrong with all the food. Brussels sprouts appetizer was good but excessively greasy?. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. ?

Pulling up to this location made me excited. It's very much an open-air establishment, all of the windows open up im a big fresh air guy especially on a nice summer day! Inside of the restaurant is great atmosphere with a really nice bar. The employees are super friendly. Our bartender Jasmine is very sweet and tentative. I ordered the spinach cheese dip with a watermelon watermelon lemonade that was tasty. My sister had a pulled pork sandwich *chefs kiss*. My brother in law got the Nashville chicken sandwich unfortunately I think it was a little overcooked. We spoke with the manager about it. The sandwich was taken off. Other than that it was a wonderful time will be back soon!

I was looking forward to celebrate my new position at my new job so me and my friend decided to go eat at Lucille's one of our favorite food places to attend however this experience was definitely something We didn't expect right off the bat we noticed that our sever looked frustrated and mad as she took our order she had a really NASTY attitude etc. when the food was coming out we noticed that she would just slam the food at our table.. in such an rude way which with all honesty the server Mara definitely looked frustrated! From the start.. I completely understand right now the food industry is short staffed but there's no reason for her to have such a negative attitude, and be in a lazy mood we were just regular clients trying to eat, I didn't come here to receive arrogant energy from her I was a client that paid for the food along with my friend. luckily we decided to pay with the manager up in the front Who was very nice and was very attentive I definitely appreciate that, because after the Service that Mara provided I didn't want to even bother her to bring the bill because I knew she was just going to ignore us.. future reference if you're having a bad day please leave you're issues at home don't bring them to work because us customers are there to simply dine in not to get bad serves from someone like Mara.

I used to order the fried chicken as a once in awhile treat...it was very good, with several pieces of fried chicken on the platter. I went recently again and ordered it, and what I got was a thin patty of fried chicken!! REALLY??? It tasted OK but lets get real, that is NOT fried chicken. The really cheapened it up but kept the same price essentially. BRING BACK THE FRIED CHICKEN LIKE BEFORE YOU WENT CHEAP!

Zero respect for your time! Came on Friday around 4 o'clock... several staff including manager standing around talking. Some Staff are wearing masks also... prepare for that. Waited 20 min for an online order that should've been ready.

Great service who constantly check up on us, and great food with affordable prices. The ribs are unusually inexpensive, and great tasting. Come in hungry and leave happy with wallets full.
Terrible, overpriced food, and even worse customer service. The atmosphere is mediocre, and the food was awful. The steak was almost inedible: way too tough to chew and poorly seasoned. I literally couldn't finish it. When I complained to the manager, she asked if I wanted a dessert to compensate. I said no, so she walked away and gave me the full bill. Do NOT eat here.

Pulled pork was extremely dry and taste like it was last weeks pulled pork that was taken out of the fridge and microwaved. The Nashville hot Mac n cheese was also microwaved and had 2 tiny pieces of chicken on top that was about the size of 1 McDonald's chicken nuggets cut in half. I guess if you want good bbq you go to Phil's bbq or Smoking Ribs. I've had better bbq from a hometown buffet.

This place absolutely floored me, in the best way possible.I walked in expecting a semi-decent bbq lunch.I walked out feeling like I had eaten a king's meal on a pauper's budget. [Just a tiny bit under $50, including the GALLON of sweet iced tea I ordered to-go!]And that was on the smaller lunch menu; the bigger portion menu obviously costs more but it's for multiple people.I ordered the pick your own 3-meat combo [about $18 & change], and chose the BBQ baby back ribs, the barbecue tri-tip, and the smoked brisket burnt ends.The side dish was a tall bowl of the most delicious garlic mashed potatoes I've ever had in my life, and of the meats that I chose, ironically, the least impressive part was the barbecue ribs.It was still above par, just a little tiny bit tough on top, but compared to any ribs I've made myself they were still excellent.The rest of it shocked me so much in terms of how good it was that I was almost tempted to ask to take it all back home with me instead of eating it there, because this is something of an experience, something that you'll want to share with people you love.All of the meat was tender, juicy, and paired absolutely amazingly with the mop sauce.Their banana pudding was astoundingly good, and the iced tea hit me right in my sweet spot, to the point that I had to order a gallon of it to go, as I said before.[ apparently it's all made in house, just like the rest of their drinks, lemonade included]The drinks [all none-alcoholic ones, as far as I know] come in large glass jars, so you get plenty to last through the meal, but despite this they still offer FREE REFILLS on tea, sodas, and lemonades, in case you're a big drinker.The service was also excellent, because despite obviously being a little bit understaffed, they still did everything quickly and neatly, and they even delivered a hot towel to me after I was done with my barbecue ribs to help me clean up a bit; that's not something you'll get out of a typical barbecue restaurant.The drink bar mid-restaurant is also nice, atmosphere-wise; a great place to take a date if you want to impress them without breaking the bank.I know this sounds like I'm gushing a bit, but trust me, whether you live nearby or are just visiting the area, if you love barbecue then you owe it to yourself to give this place a try.I wish I could give this place an 8 out of 10, but the review score doesn't go that high, so a solid 5 out of 5 will have to do.Tip well here; they earn it.?

My family ate here last night and our experience was very much subpar. We got seated immediately which was great but sadly that was the highlight of the night. My daughter ordered the Nashville chicken and it had no flavor except for a little bit of heat to it. My wife and other daughter got the chicken fried dinner and it had no taste to it either. Not surprising as it was prepared by the same cooks. I had the 3 meat combo and it looked great. The hatch green Chile sausage was the best item on my plate. The brisket burnt ends were so tough and the beef ribs were the same and almost no meat on the bones. There's nothing wrong with a little salt. Our server didn't bring out any biscuits and apple butter which we had to ask another server for. We did order some onion straws and they were pretty good but could have been cut a little thicker. We wanted to get the fried pickles also but she took off before we could order them. We did get them after she passed by a few times. I'd get those for sure. Probably the best thing we ate. It was hard to get our drinks refilled as well until she went on break and switched out with another server. If you can make the drive a little further I would go to the orange location. We've never had a bad experience there.

Really bad customer service. It was about 5:30 pm and the restaurant was very empty. Not busy at all. The server's we're trying to figure out who was going to take the order. We sat there for 30 min waiting to see who would pass by and take our order for mixed drinks and the person we had asked a question went to speak to the supervisor and never came back to give us an answer. Then went away to take someone else's order. I really don't recommend this place. My boyfriend and I got up and walked away. No one ever asked us what the problem was or apologize for the inconvenience. They lack on customer service and very unprofessional. They need to retrain there server's. I was very disappointed and I will never return to this location again .
