Visited this plaza, to get a quick bite but to find parking is a bit difficult during peak hours.
Excellent location with Starbucks and good selection of restaurants.

Whoever owns this plaza should be embarrassed and I sincerely hope that the tenants are getting a REALLY good deal on rent. The concrete is sticky and disgustingly dirty, which like…of course the ground is dirty, but this takes it to a whole new level. The furniture, which looks like it came from an Irvine Company landfill, is rusted, broken, and filthy (I guess maybe Irvine Company owns this plaza, but I have NEVER seen an Irvine Company property this gross). Dumpsters are overflowing with trash. Add to that the overwhelming smell of raw sewage, and it’s a wonder anyone can manage to eat here. It’s a shame because there seems to be a good variety of restaurants, whose owners and customers deserve way better.
