Our friends brought us some when they came to see the new baby. They brought a mixta ceviche and a couple containers of soupy consommé. The mixta was very unique. It had a tomato base with a lot of imitation krab, shrimp, and octopus with some cucumber in it. It was a little sweeter than I'm used to but delicious and high quality. The consommé was unlike anything I've had. A spicy seafood broth that went well as an accompaniment. I really got the feeling that this place knows how to cook! Five stars for being a truck with inventiveness and quality this high!
