Just had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I was in my car reversing to leave with my takeout order and a man from the restaurant runs out to stop me. I roll down my window and he states they gave us 2 orders of samosas instead of one. Then demands I open the takeout bag and give it back. He stands over me as I try to untie the bag and then rips the package out of my hand. I say to him, this is ridiculous, it's your fault you gave me an extra samosa you should just leave it. He then runs back in the restaurant removes the extra samosa and comes back with the package he's had his grubby hands all over. No apologies, just aggressive and demanding all over a flipping samosa. And the worst thing is, they're clearly going to serve that to another customer. Samosas that changed hands 3 different times. Disgusting! Needless to say, after this kind of treatment I'll never return or recommend anyone go to this place regardless of what the food is like. Absolutely appalling.

The food was pretty good. They have a lot of options to choose from. Service was good and everyone working there was nice to talk to. Overall I got what I expected!

Horrible service, horrible food. Now into details: We called ahead, table was not setup or ready. They randomly chose big table for us after arriving. Asked for specials to not take chances - they suggested stale food. Chicken tikka appetizer is extremely hard, we left it completely. Ordered Butter chicken for kids. Not at all good, tasted like some powder was added into tomato paste and added leftover chicken pieces from something else. Naan & Kulchas were very big and quite thick. Only daal is good, I guess there is no way they can screw it up. Service is not good, until asked multiple times water was not served. I wonder if any patron returns to this restaurant. Obviously we wont return to this ever again. If you read this review - please save money for yourself as this restaurant charges quite high for everything.

Best Indian food I’ve had in the area. Edward is passionate and knowledgeable about his food and the prices are excellent. I only wish they added salty lassi to the drink menu. But I suppose mango lassi covers most people’s wishes ;)

I got a lunch combo like I usually do aside from getting my favorite lamb biryani.I was enjoying my bite on my order Goat curry and saag with rice then I found a hairI went to talk to Edward and showed him I found a hair. He told me offered if I wanted a new one which is a new scoop of the goat curry. I told him no because it’s contaminated. He told me its not but I know it is1. Its already cooked in a big pan , if he just took a spoon of goat curry it is obviously contaminated if I found the hair inside the food.2. Food Safety no hairnet or gloves worn.I got upset how he would tell me in front of everyone I am wrong and “its not contaminated “ and surprisingly he even asked the lady behind me what do he do now that I found a hair.The lady told him to do a refund.He did a refund.I also work in a food industry, this is something I don’t want to give out to customers and I wanted to make sure food safety is followed.Also, reading the comments on how pushy he is when it comes to giving a review, it is true and I have my friends who experienced that.
