MAZ Café Con Leche - Coffee Shop Orange County

I’m a small business owner myself and a loyal MAZ customer for 6 years now; I even visited their secondary location when it was opened. I asked to speak to the manager and the staff gave me an email to contact. I never received a reply from the manager so I hope to reach the manager here. My advice to you is, as a customer and business owner, it is stressful to watch 1 staff manage an entire restaurant \instagram cafe. I’ve spoken to these ladies working here, they always remember mine and my husband’s order it’s very convenient. Pistachio latte and Mexican nacho libre latte. It is impossible to have a well run business with 1 person bussing tables and meeting customer demands. I hope the manager knows it’s not calming as a customer to see someone run around, this is not the busiest store ever. I hope this meets you, or my email at least. I will continue to be a customer to MAZ Santa Ana but hope to see manager improvement. I hope to find the manager at MAZ and engage in conversation.

My fiancée was excited to rent this place for her bachelorette party, but unfortunately, we've had trouble reaching the owner. Despite visiting twice and leaving our phone number, we haven't heard back. We understand that circumstances may not always allow for changes, but we were hoping for a more responsive and professional experience.

The owner was quite rude. I was interested in renting their space, but she didn’t respond to all of my questions in a courteous manner. Despite communicating with her staff, she kept me waiting the entire weekend. It felt like there could be some bias involved, considering it took her 2 days to reply. It's a nice place, but the owner's attitude is disappointing.

The employee is super sweet and made us the best coffee and sandwiches!
I always request “extra hot” coffee, there hasn’t been a coffee shop that can actually make it extra hot until today!! Thank you Maz !!

This place is amazing, great frappes many options to choose from. The parking is behind the building, but there's also street parking. Little food sides, like pizza, bagels, etc. Not actual food, but it will satisfy you. Very tasty, affordable prices. The place has a few scenes with tables and chairs, couches, it has a booth collection antique phone, free photo booth with a nice background when you take pics they send them to you for free. I love abuelita and mazapán frappé.The mollete was so good. I invite you to visit this place, I highly recommend it.

I found a gem in Santa Ana!! This is beautiful place. Nice and quiet coffee shop with many coffee choices. Nice seating. Very cozy. Loved it. I recommend this place. You have to try it out!

My office came here to try a new spot. The coffee shop itself is so cute and well decorated. I love all of the little decorations hidden around the shop. They have plenty of photo ops and a little photo booth that sends photos right to your phone. The shop was alot of fun to explore.The carmel macchiato I ordered was delicious. The coffee was rich and the flavors were well balanced. I would love to return to this shop, it will be added to our regular rotation.

ADORE!Can't help but love this place. Walked in, and the staff was a dream. Super sweet, helpful, and a vibe.Ordered a frap and the cheesecake o-m-g. Huge slice and was super delicious.AND THE DECOR?!Got to take photos and the staff even changed the color of the lights in the phone booth so we could take pics. Can't wait to come again.playlist never missed either, they had kali uchis, thee sacred souls, etc?
