The food is good however they need better tampering packaging don’t dash through them they don’t use tampering tape or seal the bags

Attended, baby shower ( Shelly & Jonnys) it was great !! Tacos were very good , drinks were fabulous , company was excellent 👌 unfortunately no pictures of food was too hungry to take pictures !!!

I like that Maz Café Con Leché has a unique menu of Mexican inspired coffee drinks. I decided to try their signature Mazapán inspired latté. And while it is delicious, it’s very sweet. Starbucks lovers will feel right at home here, but true coffee lovers beware. The sweetness of the drinks drown out the flavor of the coffee. The service was great and I enjoyed the calming music, lots of indoor and outdoor seating to get work done. There is a park across the street so if you want to enjoy a latte while letting your child play it’s a good spot to do so. The aesthetic is very feminine, with lots of Frida decor, so if that’s your thing, this is the atmosphere for you!

I must admit this was my first time coming down here. This very cute Cafe is perfect to study to do whatever work you have online. Perfect to go and just read a book or meet up with a friend. Customer service was actually great especially for someone that is mute like myself. I love the fact that they're patient enough their prices are reasonable. It's in a great area I must say only because you can just go there and relax and for the parents they're waiting for the children to come out of school they can just wait on have a cup of coffee or an iced coffee. Enjoy the atmosphere the quietness you can hear your thoughts. Give it a shot you won't regret it. 🐾💙

$8.67 after 15% tip for a horchata latte, oat milk, less sweet. Coffee grounds in the drink. No in-house mug, only disposable paper and plastic cups. Nice atmosphere, working wifi, and outlets available. Seats are very comfy and plenty of spots to work.

I want to start off and say I came here wanting to like this place. It’s a new-ish spot near my home and all the seating definitely makes this a WFH-friendly place.

If you value good quality coffee, this is unfortunately not the spot. My family and I ordered 3 drinks, mine was the Cloud 9 (sub almond milk, regular sugar). This drink tasted like water. I have experienced drinks at other coffee shops being impacted when substituting almond milk; this is true. However, I have hardly ever seen the quality of a drink be impacted to this degree by the substitution of the milk as the Cloud 9 at Maz Cafe. The Maz Latte (regular milk and sugar) was quite good though! However, as a consumer I am un-eased by the variation in quality. I would HIGHLY encourage the owner to consider trying the almond variations of their drinks and adjusting those recipes.

We also ordered their bagels and pizza. The bagels costed $7 and I am highly convinced the buns were purchased at Costco. I genuinely do not care if the bagel even tasted bad as I am not a picky eater. What the bagel represented to me was a lack of creative integrity. Perhaps the buns could have been sourced from a vendor offering a bagel that could not be easily purchased by the average consumer. As a business, I would suggest even considering making a smaller menu of good quality, curated meals and drinks. Being known for 1-3 things is better than being known for nothing.

I will give credit where it’s due and the ambiance is amazing. They have a wonderful space. The staff were also very friendly. There was a mistake with an order and they immediately offered to fix it. This review has nothing to do with a personal experience and genuinely more about the quality of food.

I’m a small business owner myself and a loyal MAZ customer for 6 years now; I even visited their secondary location when it was opened. I asked to speak to the manager and the staff gave me an email to contact. I never received a reply from the manager so I hope to reach the manager here. My advice to you is, as a customer and business owner, it is stressful to watch 1 staff manage an entire restaurant \instagram cafe. I’ve spoken to these ladies working here, they always remember mine and my husband’s order it’s very convenient. Pistachio latte and Mexican nacho libre latte. It is impossible to have a well run business with 1 person bussing tables and meeting customer demands. I hope the manager knows it’s not calming as a customer to see someone run around, this is not the busiest store ever. I hope this meets you, or my email at least. I will continue to be a customer to MAZ Santa Ana but hope to see manager improvement. I hope to find the manager at MAZ and engage in conversation.
