This airport McDonald’s at terminal B is hit or miss. I’ve gotten food poisoning twice in two months when I order a burger. Chicken seems to be safe, though.Service is always great. These folks work hard to get the food out fast to folks in a hurry getting on their flights.

This location is conveniently located in front of gate 5. It is rather small and thus you will encounter long lines. I ordered coffee and I was in and out in a breeze. Unfortunately that was not the case I observed with other patrons ordering food There is a few dine-in tables. Quality is what you expect at eatiers such as these. Unfortunately, I was told this location does not participate in Mc Donald's rewards.

Busy airport location \u003d long line, reduced menu and almost Hong Kong levels of surprisingly fresh and hot. I'll take it!
Although the food was ok, there wasn’t very good service. I had to wait for my coffee after receiving my food.

Great experience at this McDonald's inside SNA. Food was great and to-order. The service really stood out. The man running the cash register was actually standing between two registers and running them both at the same time. I've never seen that before. It helped move the line quickly, and he was friendly and professional as he managed to do it. They serve breakfast until 10:30a (at least on weekdays), so you'll have to order a McMuffin instead of McNuggets for your 11am flight!
