WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to, took 25 minutes to get 2 large and a large fry and then the fries were cold and dry and the drinks were barely more than 3/4 full workers are not friendly and very very slow

For a McDonald's, the filet o fish, though smaller now than before was good. The McNuggets were not that fresh but the fries were okay. And it was a new remodel so it feels nice. Across from gate 14.

Sloooooooooooow ordering with only one register open. We were in a short line and it took 25 minutes to order with only five orders before us. . Using the app gets an order in minutes! ?‍?USE THE APP!!!

LOCATED AT TERMINAL B BY GATE 12 IN FRONT OF STARBUCKS. I am a huge fan of convenience so you can imagine my frustration when it comes to the mobile app not working for this location. I took a 5pm flight so the traffic was pretty standard. Decent amount of workers there and seemed to come out quickly. I loaded the app to see what deals existed and was excited to see that they had quite a few. Loaded my app and initiated payment and an error kept occurring. I decided to wait in line and found out that they "don't accept coupons." Okay... I've literally never heard that before. I asked why the app would say that they accepted it but the kid didn't have an answer. I mean this doesn't come from him, he doesn't make the rules so there was no point in arguing. So if you plan on making this visit efficient and you're looking to use some deals then this location is not it for you. (15/100--2023)

Headed out on a busy Monday morning and Christian Anderson have 110% service with a smile! The line was at least 15 people deep and he continuously told Everyone with a smile on his face that he would be right with them. He was working the register and the coffee machine all by himself. The ladies in the back were hustling so hard trying to get the food out as quick as possible. Unfortunately the coffee machine broke in the middle of him making coffees. He smiled and said- I’m so sorry the hot coffee machine is broken but can I offer you iced? This guy had minimal help and continue to give great customer service in a conflict. He deserves a raise and a huge thank you!

It’s a good, quick, and standard McDonalds. What really sets this location apart is the cashier. He was fire: nice, knowledgeable and quick. He was working both registers at the same time. No one was waiting on him, the customers and the kitchen were just trying to keep up. He’s a gem!
