Ordered large fries no salt on 12/13/25 5pm was eating into them the 1st top ones no salt getting to middle lime the pour the salt on purpose had to throw away.

I went to McDonald’s on 12/07/25 on 17 and Lincoln first part of my order was incomplete I was missing a drink and Oreo shake but I didn’t stand up cause the guy who bring the food was serving to other people so I thought he was going to bring my drinks but never did so I finished my food and the drink never show up so I went to the counter and the manager and other girl was standing talking and the cashier come to me and ask if I need something I say yes my drinks and he was like oh I give it to you right now so I ask for the manager and she came and like whatever said hi she don’t even ask how can I help you but any ways I told her the my drink never show and I was finished my food and she said maybe the guy forgot we can get your drinks right now and I was like really not even a sorry well that was one my son said after he finished eating that he doesn’t feel good he want to go home and we was about to see the tree lighting at orange but we couldn’t cause I have to drop my son and like about 2 hours that ones the we eat hamburgers was feeling really bad we star vomiting and some has diarrhea 3 of my kids couldn’t go to school. last time I go eat hamburgers there.

The staff here is very kind, there’s an employee walking to the tables offering to provide sauce and take trash, welcoming incoming guests. This location still has the soda fountain in the lobby. And my food came out super fresh. Thank you!

Customer service is gone 😒 . Does not exist. The person who brought my order to the table did not confirm order number, little less greeted me. The person just walked up and placed the tray on the table and walked away. I asked for some ketchup and totally ignored me. I walked up to the counter just to be ignored some more. I just reached over the counter and grabbed a hand full of ketchup. The whole floor is sticky, trash cans, windows are all smudged. Tables are being clean by young woman (employee) with the same dampped tissue/ wipe.
Came for lunch today. Everything was good Until the high school kids(all boys) came in. Just taking up the tables laying back on seats. Most of them didn't order food. Just taking up space. I am a older person who walks with a limp(bad knee) I guess when they starred at me they should have noticed. But, no way was someone going to move.
Mcdonlds please inform these things, to the walk ins,that you are serving walk in and buying customers.
This is NOT a rest stop to hang out.
