I had an issue at 1100 s grand ave. Santa Ana ca, 92705 with the manager that was working night shift on 03/20/2022 in the morning at around 01:30 am. This lady named Mayra or I’m not sure her name refused to serve me because I asked her why they were taking so long. She responded “do you want to come in and help us?” She was so rude and unprofessional because regardless of how she felt she has a business to run & decided to get in her feelings and refuse service to me....read full review
went to this location 2 different occasions. ordered the mcrib. suprise suprise unbeknownst to me the mcrib now comes on the quarter pounder bun. it wouldn't be a big issue if it didnt trigger a reaction. Also I would have preferred a price adjustment or even a heads up. I guess if the choice is sell or dont sell . the clear choice is $$.
