More times than not, their service isn't good. It's been a couple times where I have to wait over 15 minutes for a curbside order. Both times, I've interacted with a girl, who I believe is a lead, and she just lets my food sit there even though it's ready. I don't get what's so hard about handing me my food once I've asked for it?
On a more positive note, there is this cashier in the mornings, who hands me my receipt, and is always nice and has a positive attitude! Like her!

I want to put zero stars, but can't i ask for nether sauce from the Minecraft movie they said it's in the bag it wasn't they made us wait 11 minutes, terrible. Never coming back

an unhappy and frustrating morning.! I ordered food online to be ready to pick up, I asked my husband to pick it up, when he arrived the staff told my husband that the order was for drive thru, my husband waited in line for more than 20 minutes when he met another staff, she said my husband could not receive it with a picture, he had to be the one to place the order. When I came to ask why and showed proof that I ordered food and picked it up at the counter without delivering it, the staff answered perfunctorily without apologizing when the incident was not my fault. I was very disappointed when I was late for work and had to wait another hour and 30 minutes without even receiving an apology!

Never again!! I brought my poor children here, and when i brought them to the restrooms, there was COCKROACHESS! There were so much mold and dirty, and overall disgusting. The fries were okay, but the hamburger had MOLD. Never bringing them here again!
