I ordered food online to be ready to pick up, I asked my husband to pick it up, when he arrived the staff told my husband that the order was for drive thru, my husband waited in line for more than 20 minutes when he met another staff, she said my husband could not receive it with a picture, he had to be the one to place the order. When I came to ask why and showed proof that I ordered food and picked it up at the counter without delivering it, the staff answered perfunctorily without apologizing when the incident was not my fault. I was very disappointed when I was late for work and had to wait another hour and 30 minutes without even receiving an apology!

Never again!! I brought my poor children here, and when i brought them to the restrooms, there was COCKROACHESS! There were so much mold and dirty, and overall disgusting. The fries were okay, but the hamburger had MOLD. Never bringing them here again!

Service at this McDonald's is always "ok" could be better. Most of the employees have an attitude. I continue to go to this same location due to the distance (around the corner from my home). There have been a few times I dont get all my items and have to go back. Even then I get attitude.. ??♀️

This may be only weekends because that’s when I may make an order and I may get my order right from time to time but sometimes I may be missing sauces, straws, or items I ordered altogether. C’mon guys if you guys were the ones ordering the food you guys wouldn’t appreciate it either- that items are missing. Idk if the app needs to be updated to show what sauces I ordered too because the receipt on the delivery doesn’t show them. Also if you see that drinks have been ordered it’s common sense to add straws. ? Lastly, if I have to go to the store after having missing items in my delivery you guys should at least throw a little something in for making us go through the trouble I mean why even have delivery as an option.
