Very little hygiene in their new system, they serve you drinks with dirty hands, they grab the glass as if it were half disgusting for them to look at that here I am now and they are very, very slow and there are like 20

My mom had gone through the drive thru to order. She waited a long time on the speaker and no one answered, she decided to back up but had no other choice but to go to the window because there was already a car behind her. The girl at the drive thru window sighed at my mom with attitude and a stank face and told her to “ never do that without your order being taken.” Apparently she went to throw out the trash but she never once said something like “ I’ll be with you in a second.” Obviously she wasn’t trained well, this girl needs to learn some manners on how to treat customers.
