Ordered a quarter pounder with NO pickle and extra mustard They decided it would be comical to give me one with EXTRA pickles and no mustard. Some guy with long hair handed me my food laughing too. Sad because all of the nice pictures on the wall talking about the origins of this place are awesome and then to be served like that is beyond a disgrace.

This location has disappointed me time and time again. From their sadly skinny french fries to their thin patties- and now no bacon on my BACON quarter pounder when all I asked for is no sauces, pickles, and onion on it… don’t get me wrong, the food itself isn’t all that bad but the presentation and amount is. They also forgot my happy meal’s juice box too this order.

Earlier today, I ordered breakfast and coffee from this location and everything was great with no issues at all. Later at lunch, I ordered a gold snack wrap and fries. Before leaving, I quickly checked the bag to make sure ketchup was included, which it was, so I didn’t look any further. However, when I opened the bag, I noticed my gold snack wrap was missing, and instead there was a gold sauce that I hadn’t ordered.
I went back to the restaurant and let them know. The staff handled it well and they immediately gave me my snack wrap and even remade the fries. The service was very quick , so I believe the snack wrap had probably been prepared but just didn’t make it into the bag.
Because of their helpful response, I’m giving this location 4 stars.

Huge time waiting. Rude employee, everybody ignore customers, only chilling and relaxing on the kitchen.
The reason why I’m giving such a low status to the service in atmosphere is because they charge you for every little thing here. So what I mean by that is if you came here in the morning and you ordered two sausage egg McMuffin and you wanted to have that spicy picante sauce they will charge you $.10 just to have one. That’s ridiculous And I looked at the other stuff in the menu and they charge you for every little thing so I decided not to eat here it’s a fair warning to everyone.

I don't know the name of the lady on the drive through but I hate to go and oder on the drive through cuz she is rude,never says good morning or thank you nothing she's always bad person I'm gonna get her name and I'm going to report her to corporate!! I hate her bad attitude
I'm gonna record her when I take the order on drive through and I'll upload the video on Google so this is not good for the restaurant
I hope the owners of this location read this comment and take some action..
You can find out who was on the drive through by the date any time..
If they Don't do anything I still report this bad experience to corporate!

Every time I get a frappe, the that are always large chunks of ice that fill up nearly half the cup. Staff at the pickup window don’t even say hello and confirm the order they just stick order out the window and don’t even look at you.
