I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins. They for got to put the egg on the McMuffins. I called and asked if I could just pick them up another morning and the girl was very rude said “ your only option is to drive back with the food and receipt and the correct food would be made for you”. When I got there, they snatched the bag out of my hand in the drive-through. Added egg to the sandwiches that I originally got reworked it up and burnt the McMuffin the food was so hard and burnt. I couldn’t even eat it. They never apologized. They just hand me the bag, same bag and said here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Edible food. If these ladies hate their job so much they should go get new ones. Not take it out on their customers.

The worst McDonald's experience/atmosphere ever! I can't believe the corporate office allows this to exist. You can't order from a person, the order must be processed on your ? phone or the kiosk. Bathroom was filthy and disgusting. I thought the manager was a girl but it was a guy dressed like a girl.
