I went to McDonald's for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast platter and asked the cashier if she could modify my platter. She refused to do so even though I told I was able to pay the difference. I called the manager Valentina to complain and she wasn't much help she basically sided with her employee. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S FOR NOT modifying someone's meal based on their dietary restrictions. Please retrain your staff especially Valentina.

Went to this McDonals and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The speaker doesn’t even work and you can barely understand what they are saying. I just decided to drive off. Worst experience at a McDonalds!

This is the worst McDonalds I ever ordered at it took them almost 35 minutes for them to give me a McRib sandwich it was not really hot and the Fries were cold too the the people working there are very very rude I will never advise any one to eat here my grand daughter ordered the breakfast sandwich it was really hard and if you complain about the wait or food they get mad and the manager a man that I spoke to is very rude and very unprofessional I will never eat here again and I’m making sure to post this every where so please will know this McDonalds is terrible

This location is always friendly, but I do have to ask for everything fresh if I dont somtimes I get cold frys,who wants cold frys, or a sandwich thats cold. I have been visiting this location since 2012 as I work at John Wayne Airport. Unfortunately 80%of the time they say the icecream machine does not work. Right now we're going on 3 months straight . I visit the restaurant after 8p.m. now . But the daytime shift says the same about 50% of the time.
Overall I love this Mc Donalds when the food is fresh. There are 2 employees that have been there for the longest time and are always so welcoming. 1 is a younger kid with slick back hair,he's Hispanic and im blind so I never get his name. He's been there atleast 5 years. The awsome manager that makes my experience great also is Salvador ,middle aged, handsome bald mexican . He always finds a way to make you laugh or smile. I believe he's promoted to manger, and if I ever have an issue ,he makes it right. I ordered 3 weeks ago 2 double cheeseburgers. I got 2 single burgers . Not only did he replace the order , he gave me a refund for the invoice on my next order.
Went through the drive-thru to get sausage McMuffin with egg it took 20 minutes and I had to wait outside the hell these people doing inside in 20 plus hour what's the center on their cell phones please hideous
