I usually don't like to complain on fast food restaurants but this time I'm going to have to. I went through the drive thru and they forgot my large fries on my order i told the cashier, and he said to wait infront of the restaurant and that someone will bring them.. I had to wait 20 minutes just for fries plus I had to go inside because they didn't bring them to me, the guy forgot about my fries đ this is terrible Customer Service.

Rude ass workers nasty ass food donât come here !!! Would not recommend this to any one the female workesr act like female dogs. I asked to get my daughters happy meal cooked to order and the gave me some old ass food and still had me waiting
Went to pick up my online order they down graded my drinks due to not having size L. Didn't receive a refund for them either, they said that there was nothing they can do. Also didn't receive one of my orders they forgot to put it in the bag so off I went again to go tell them. This isn't my first time they mess up my orders. Last time I did an online order and had me waiting 10-15 min because they said that they were behind, but they were serving people foods that were in line. I hate that the 2 closet McDonald's to me have the worst service.

Ordered a Happy Meal for my niece and this is what they gave for fries. Only 8 pieces and 4 of them werenât even a full fry. Also. The burger didnât have any ketchup or mustard. Such a sad hamburger. Wouldnât recommend coming here. They give you the same toy for everyone as well.
Wow its my 1st time getting breakfast in the dine in area .I usually take it home but im amazed of the customer service provided here . Very respectful helpful nice team . They maked sure me and my kids were very welcomed. Will be coming in more often â€ïžThank you

I tried using my app(rewards) to receive a free Happy Meal, however when the lady scanned it, she said it was expired. I proceeded to make an order of two Happy Meals, once again, the women did not make my order as I asked for.

The service of that McDonald's restaurant that is inside the Walmart on Macffaden and Harbor is useless, the employees serve you in a bad mood, they serve you, they give you things however they want. I ordered a Mocha frappé and it seems that it was I had only really ordered an Ice coffee and I reported it, I told him that I didn't want that and they did it again but they reluctantly gave it to me, the glass was all dirty, stained and in a bad mood, what a terrible service and most of the employees, the service is horrible. ? and the manager listened and his response was that they are too busy making orders.
