I’m honestly shocked by the experience I had today. From the drive-thru speaker to the window, the attitude was nonstop. At the first window I was asked, “Did you even order already?” even after repeating my order. At the second window, they tried to give me the wrong items, insisted my frappe “wasn’t charged,” and kept pushing a hot coffee at me even after I said I didn’t want it. When I asked to just pay the difference, I was told there was no register, and the employee just shrugged when we said we’d go inside.
Inside, the manager initially gave attitude too, but eventually apologized, made the drinks, and didn’t charge the difference which I appreciated.
To the employees at the drive-thru, I truly wish you the best in life. Unless you want to work at McDonald’s for the rest of your life, change your attitude because a high salary job will never tolerate the bare minimum & you can’t even offer that.

I went there saturday morning payed for 3 combos and I got charged over 11 summothing for 2 and I got charged 8 sumthing and w3n I checked my order I only had 3 sandwiches wen I asked for the other two missing cause the receipt said 1combo 2cheese mcgrittles and 1 2sausage and egg mcmufin and 1 1 mcmufin the cashier said I was wrong that my order came with 1 sandwich each combo I tried to explain that the ticket said 1 combo2 sausage and egg I mean I was looking at my order I know how to add and read 1 order with 2of wat u ordered items but she said no ND I took off..

This morning after my Wife and I got our breakfast I figured okay three more ketchups will do between the two (started with 4). Went to the cashier area there is a woman prepping (Hispanic blue eyes, older lady, she’s been there for awhile) gives food to Jonathan (I remember the name because he had two things handed) and waits with a question… this lady just went back to working didn’t acknowledge our presence after that, 1 min, 3 min and my Wife is calling me to come back, I tell her to wait a moment I’ve already been waiting 4 min at this point… then a McDonald’s employee with a headset sees Jonathan and tends to his question, Jonathan says three ketchups and one honey mustard then, the headset employee walks away, I don’t think he saw me? Meanwhile the older lady is still working below the menu prepping. Then another employee walks up and asks how she can help me. Finally. It’s frustrating not being acknowledged. Step it up pls.

The laddy VERENISE that took my order in the Drive thru today 9/13/25 7:31 p.m was so rude all I ask was two ICE Caramel Machiato and she got rude to the point saying wich one she explained me the 2 different ones. Lady I said Ice caramel Machiato Machiato. She did a Regular Iced coffee. They make me wait for the new one. I had to go inside and ask for a refund I dont have the time to hear a rude person explain ME detail how to make a Regualr Iced coffee Caramel and a Iced coffee caramel MACHIATO. when I literally said ICE CARAMEL MACHIATO. I ASK HER NAME AND SHE DID NOT RESPOND the other guy that was with her said her name was VERENISE but I dont know if that was her actual name. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE ANYMORE it was my first time going to that location and I regret it. The guy apologized for her rudeness and said it would be free the drinks but I did not wanted it no more. NOT EVEN FREE.
