I tried this company for the first time today. I got the crusted tilapia meal. Within a couple hours of eating it I started developing abdominal discomfort and had to take multiple trips to the bathroom. And then, over the next several hours, I was curled up in a fetal position, crying in pain. Needless to say, the meal I ate gave me food poisoning. I ate the meal immediately after receiving it too. Now I’m too scared to touch the other meals I ordered from this company.

Meal Prep Kingz is phenomenal. The meals were delicious and plentiful. My deliveries were always on time, correct and well packaged. I have learned so much about clean eating because of Chef Luigi and it has become a lifestyle change for me. The MPK team are very friendly and quite helpful. Their customer service is top-notch. Anytime I had a question, they were very responsive and often went above and beyond. If you are looking to lose weight, maintain your current weight or are ""in training"" you should definitely give Meal Prep Kingz a try.
