Overall the ambience, food, and service were fine. My major problem was charging for a drink we never got. We began by ordering 2 Old Fashion's for my wife and I. She thought the drink was warm and wanted more ice. They removed her glass and returned with the drink with more ice. I didn't review the check until I got home and they charged us for 3 Old Fashion's. I was shocked. It was my fault for not catching this at the restaurant. But i need to complain. I left a $50 tip and should have only left $30!!
We haven't been to Moreton's for a long time. The food was outstanding from the appetizer to the complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The service was amazing and it was a great experience.
I and my husband celebrated his birthday. The servers were incredibly kind, and the food was absolutely amazing! We'll definally return for another special occasion!
Had a great time. The food is always great . Sat in the bar and had Josh as our waiter. He told us he was new. He did an excellent job. My wife has allergies and it was her birthday which he handled very well. We will be back. The prices are a little high though.
Way over priced for the ambience, professional and quality of food. We later found out that there was an Easter special menu that we weren't offered. Too much in a hurry picking up plates felt rushed.
Always a great meal with great service!! Never had a bad thing to say about this place or any other of their locations!
Once again, our dining experience at Morton's was wonderful. That's why we celebrate holidays and special events there! We can always expect to be treated like valued customers and enjoy fabulous food! Our waiter, Ben, is always so welcoming, attentive and great! Thank you!
Filet and lobster were what I was craving and they did not disappoint. Filet was decent and lobster was exceptional as well as the service. It is a bit dated and I chalked that up to the development plans I have seen for the property.
Good experience, good food, but not special comparing to other fine dining restaurants in the area.
Way too expensive for the quality. It was $350 pre tip for a ribeye, lobster Mac, sea bass, 80z filet, fries, a bread pudding and 4 cocktails. Nothing wowed us, or was ever memorable. Drinks were the best part of the meal.

Sadly Morton's has had its day! There is a reason I haven't returned in years , it's stuffy, old fashioned and the food isn't superb as it used to be. Had to send my filet back twice, the waitress got the temp wrong then it came back without a sear and raw so they had to put it back on the grill again. I have a pet peeve about putting cut meat back on the grill and having it loose the juiciness of unpierced meat, it wasn't great and almost made us late for the show. They comped us a corn and also a dessert because we have season tickets to Segestrom and it's a perk. The manager was very accommodating and tried her best. Not a great experience we won't be back ... makes me sad, I was hoping for a nostalgic night and I was disappointed.
Morton's did a fantastic job helping celebrate my hubby's 65th bday. From decorating table, complimentary photo, printed menu in his name, candle on dessert, excellent service by Jorge, most delicious meal and drinks
This is the worst customer service ever. We came for a very special occasion. It was our engagement dinner. Unfortunately we never got our dinner.
We waited for 2 hours and they had not even started our dinner. The restaurant was not even that busy. We ended up leaving after 2 hours with no dinner. I would not recommend this place at all. The only thing they said was "Oh I am sorry. We just walk out. This was so ridiculous !! The manager didnt even try to apologize.!!!
Dont come to this restaurant.
Morton's is a staple steakhouse, not a lot of fanfare, just a lot of a la carte food to complement good meats. It's not my first choice but it's old faithful, if that makes sense.
