Whenever I buy bread elsewhere, Mose's comes to my mind since you can't eat anything else but Mose's once you taste Mose's. Working full time but planning to go back tho hard to meet their open hours. Michelin should come and visit them.

Never buying sourdough from the grocery store again! The owner is so sweet and informative about his delicious bread. It is much healthier and tastier than any other place I’ve been to. Love it!

I visited from San Diego with my mom and we tried several bakeries during our trip. The Moses bread was our favorite. It seems to be a small family-run business that bakes bread based on online orders. Their sourdough is definitely fresh and beautifully made with care and passion. I highly recommend trying their bread—just be sure to reserve online before walking in! I am definitely coming back when I visit OC again
Four ingredient bread. The bread is delicious
We came from Las Vegas to visit our daughter and she took us to this amazing gem of a bakery. We were pleasantly impressed with the taste of their cranberry nut bread.. great toast and fantastic French toast..we will definitely have our daughter bring us some bread next time she visits us. Keep up this delicious work.♥️
The bread is delicious!
Absolutely amazing. Purchased bagels & sandwich loaf - both are incredible. Love how clean and simple the ingredients are. Would recommend to all.

Moses Bread best sourdough in town!! my favorite is fig sourdough. tried baguette, bagels...always come here to buy! the owner here is master of sourdough - he explains about how he makes healthy 3-4 pure ingredients bread that made him healthy! friendly, clean. would recommend you order online. Parking lot is small but plenty of spots!
The store is so warm and inviting and smells like warm bread. I’ve heard so many great things about this bakery, and was glad to see I could pre-order online at their website. I love how there’s an option to customize and add toppings of your choice. This is probably the best bread I’ve had in the states. I love sourdough bread, but sometimes it’s a bit too tangy/sour. The sourdough here is not tangy nor sour. I usually get indigestion after eating bread sometimes but I feel great:) This place truly lives up to all the positive reviews, and I’m so glad I discovered such a hidden gem! My mom also says she only wants to eat bread from here from now on? I do not have any photos because we started consuming the bread as soon as we got into the car! It’s that good! I hope Moses Bread continues to fluorish and have amazing business. I look forward to ordering again soon!:)

The C. Rangel review is trash: The owners are Korean. If you know Asians, they don't brag & rarely talk to you more then what's required. They are very sweet & polite. If you store their bread the way they way the instruct you to, mine stayed soft for a week. I limit carbs and only purchase high quality, healthy food for the most part. Moses Bread is very deserving of my carb allocations. They will also slice your bread if you need.

I am at a loss as to all the positive reviews. My sister and I went to try this guy's bread. After listening to him go on and on for 20 minutes about how he is the only bread maker who knows how to make bread, I don't know, I guess in the world, all other bread makers don't know what they are doing, we had to look at the the articles of himself, bla,bla,bla...and if we didnt return his enthusiasm, he became rude. I made the mistake and purchased a loaf. Once home, I tore off a piece. It was like eating dry cardboard. Threw it in the trash and took the loss to my wallet. He's such a rude owner... and no, I did not have his business mixed up with another. It was 3 months ago, and the store is right around the corner from my house..
