I have not been to Mexico yet but during my last trip to Californie, I had the chance to eat Birria tacos at Mulitas Q Original.I ordered the Combo Xolo con consome. I can’t tell if it’s the best birria as it’s the only one I had so far. In any case it was delicious and generous comfort food! It could be too fatty for some people but I personally like it, especially with the salsas and lime ?
