Let me start off by saying everyone is super friendly especially the cashier I believe his name was joe, he made me feel welcomed, was very helpful and efficient and overall great attitude has great customer service. Clean and lots of room to enjoy the food which was so good. I totally recommend this place!!!

Ordered our quarterly Hawaiian lunch. 22 orders of all items on the menu. Service was excellent and the food was hot and tasty as usual.
Food is good, but the customer service provided by Octavio was just exceptional. I would definitely go back just because Octavio is making sure people get treated amazing!!
They gave me raw chicken. :( serious health hazard and I could have gotten extremely sick.

We had a coupon and had never eaten at an Ono Hawaiian BBQ before. We got two Aloha Plates for the price of one!! Whopee!! We had one plate with teriyaki chicken and white fish and the other with BBQ chicken and pork. We thought the food tasted good but we didn't see a Hawaiian connection. No pineapple, no macaroni salad, nothing that was particularly Hawaiian. The plates come with rice and what they call a salad, which is shredded iceberg lettuce with a few edamame beans and sesame seeds and a little dressing. The atmosphere is what I would call typical dine in fast food. A few paint and decorations to give it a Hawaiian flair, but not much. The counter person was friendly and efficient. Overall, not bad but also nothing special. As a minus, everything is served on recyclable 'plastic' take-away containers with plastic utensils.

Octavio was a get cashier and was incredibly nice and respectful. He made the whole process of ordering, waiting and getting my food great and he’s a great employee!
Went in to pick up three teriyaki chicken plates. Asked if I can have some teriyaki sauce and they insisted they put some in the beg. Got home to HB just to find out there were no sauces!!! Food was trash immediately after that! So disappointed. Asked teriyaki and hot sauce and neither were put into our bags.
