They offer ? authentic food at this location - you can’t go wrong with the handmade corn tortilla, salsa & the meat is grilled to perfection with amazing taste! Definitely recommend their food catering services for any event!
Everyone I know has always raved about this place. I had to try it for myself. Shrimp Tacos are amazing. Serving size is about average. Not a real bargain price wise, but the quality of the food is top notch. I recommend ordering your food online and avoiding the line that's usually out the door.
Adjacent to Vons. There is always a line out the door, so I had high expectations. I recommend placing your order in advance so you don't have to wait. We placed our order online and their system was pretty easy to use. The food was ready at the promised time and pick-up was quick and easy. I ordered the Ensenada fish burrito, which includes fried fish, seasoned rice, beans, cabbage, baja sauce and guacamole. Now either it was the smallest amount of guac imaginable or they straight up forgot it altogether because I didn't notice any at all. So that was a let down. Everything tasted great, but for a $10 price tag, it didn't knock my socks off. Also, the size wasn't massive, so the value isn't there either.
Love this place so much! We came with a large group (10 people) to celebrate a birthday, and everything was perfect. The food was great, the drinks were amazing and the staff was friendly!
Service and the drinks are great. The food was just average in taste. Sides could have been better. For the cost, we expected more
The actual food was delicious I gave 4 stars because the desserts are poor. We ordered 3 different desserts and it was just blah after the amazing meal we had. I will definitely be back just won't order dessert next time. Staff is very friendly place is super chill.
We went here for my husband's birthday. The food is quite good for an all you can eat buffet. There are a lot of veggie options, which is great when you go to a steakhouse. The meat is best hot, so just get a bit at a time; you can always go back for more. My favorite meats are the skirt steak, chicken legs, garlic sirloin, and sausage (bit salty, eat with veggies). What I LOVED most was the cheese rolls. They have the texture of mochi donuts with the perfect salty, cheesy flavor. I ate way too many!
We visited Silva's after an afternoon at Segerstrom and rightfully fell in love with everything and everybody. We had a reservation for 4 at 5:45 for the patio but got there at 5:15 and it looked about to storm. They accommodated us immediately with a table inside, and the wait-person explained the menu and how the buffet worked. And how *did* the buffet work? Better than anything you might imagine. The food is delicious, the service attentive and kind. We had wine with our meal, which was also very good. The whole experience was quite reasonably priced. (btw, the noise level rating is based on us being there at a relatively quite moment. They were expecting two groups of 25 shortly, and I imagine it got pretty lively at that point). Thank you, Silva's!
Great Resturant! We had a wonderful time celebrating Mother's Day. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding.
Meat quality and variety was not the best, but what you get for the price as opposed to spending double at other Brazilian BBQs makes Silva's completely worth it. Service was top notch.

We enjoyed their food, the barbecue and buffet option were plentiful, but their service didn't meet my expectations. The server was not on top of things, forgot come back around and offer desert and coffee and etc... and they mest up my bill big time, I had go back and ask to review my bill, turned out they overcharged me an additional $35.00. So I think either the manager or server are not trustworthy here.
The quality and amount of food you get for what you pay is amazing. I took my cousin here and he is all about grilling his own meat and using his smoker at home. I thought for sure he would be critical of "restaurant" cooked meat. But he was blown away. We will be going again for sure.
If you are looking for a buffet with a Brazilian flavor it was okay. Service was good but all you really needed was drinks with this buffet. Food was average. I have been to other churrascarias and the food is more flavorful and you have more choices. The tip off was the price. Its reasonable for this style of food but didn't compare to the higher end restaurants. Can't say I will go back but wouldn't tell someone not to go there, just don't expect a lot.
Decent selection of meat for the price. The salad and cooked food are carefully prepared with good taste, however, the salad leaf isn't fresh enough...
Carver needs to be a little nicer. Express some personality. Salad bar inconsistent from last visit. Humus was horrible and mac dry. Last visit was great. Table service was excellent
