This VERY attractive fruit tart cake is AMAZING. The layers look and taste amazing. I can't believe I haven't had their cake EVER. I was fortunate enough to have this cake at my friend's birthday party and I went in for seconds. I definitely will be ordering this for my birthday! Everyone's invited! ha

Food, Service, and Ambiance is awesome and unique. It has the best cookie cake. It's literally the only cake I will eat for my birthday and that says alot because I don't like cake

I like the cake. Yo recomiendo este pastel nomás en la tienda no parece pastelería es un chiquito lugar. I recommend it to buy a cake. The fruit tart cake and I did have some sour strawberries but I think that's really oK it was delicious. I am happy with my birthday cake. The place is inside the food market and this is something like Hawaiian that was kind of confusing but overall the cake was good.

Wow what a freaking surprise. The fruit tart cake here is so unbelievably amazingly good!! Every person including the parents of our kids' friends that were at the birthday party commented on how good the cake was and where it was from. The crunchy layer is their secret sauce, and with the fruits on top and the super light and moist cake is just a perfect cake. Def recommended!!

Fruit tart cake makes my whole dayy!Pacific Bakery is a small shop located in Bristol Food Court, a pretty small, compact, crowded food court in the middle of Santa Ana. They specializes in making fruit cakes. So you know how good it is when the whole store relies on just this one single menu item. We bought ourselves the smallest sheet that costs $35. We ended up sharing between 12 people and still had some leftovers to take home. The fruit tart had strawberry, peach, kiwi, and pineapple on top, surrounded with cream, with a layer of flaky pastry and a layer of cake at the bottom. A great, refreshing way to celebrate someone's birthday if they like lots of fruit, cause every bite is magic. The shop owner and workers here are mostly Vietnamese. They take credit card, and also have birthday cake decor for sale if you need some (pretty pricey though).

Best flakey fruit tart cakes! Prices are reasonable, it's located inside a mall like food court, order at the Togo setup restaurant. Cash is king. No need to order ahead of time either. Ladies are nice and efficient.

I almost want to gate keep but since I know some of you will be grateful... This is my favorite place to get a fruit tart cake. Their fruits are fresh, plentiful, and always sweet. Their crispy layer is also crisper than other fruit tart cake places and cheaper. And the cream isn't too sweet. With that being said the bakery is located in not the most glamorous spot. It is located in a cheap food hall and is a little tucked away. They specialize in only their fruit tart cakes so you know it will be good.
