Since I was purchasing food to go, I asked for my two drinks to go with no ice. What I was given were drinks 3/4 of the way full to compensate for asking for no ice. This is a tacky company policy for to-go orders as I don't want ice to melt and water down my drink by the time I get home, yet I'm paying full price & not getting a full cup. Beyond cheap. You would rather save a few pennies but leave a bad taste in consumer's mouths. Greedy.

You can tell if the restaurant is good by how busy and efficient their staff is. Clean, friendly and good turn around and even better, the food was what I expected. Will go there again.

You can ask, plead, get on your knees and beg, you can even start and end every sentence through ordering and paying with "can I please got some soy sauce" and it won't make a lick of difference because they'll refuse to remember.You could force them to, refusing to leave until the sauce is dropped in your bag, and by the time you get home, you'll realize it was chili sauce they gave you instead, just to get you to leave.Their rice is literally inedible without any, so why are they so determined to save their .5 cents per customer and not include the necessary sauces?

Came in for a meal but was teally disappointed that this place doesn't offer water cups even for dine in guests. Several people were also upset by this that were in store today. I don't drink sodas, sugar free or sweet drinks and was really disappointed by this. I will choose another establishment going forward.Dietary restrictions: Do not offer water for those that do not drink sugary drinks and only offer the worst bottled water Dasani.
