Edit: we get the family meal now and its almost always fine, except when they give me half ful containers. Only 3 stars because theyre very stingy with the meat on the broccoli beef, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken breast its almost all veggies. Also its a hassle picking up an order if the person who ordered isnt the same one that s picking it up. I make the orders online, my husband p/u says my name and has a screenshot of the order with confirmation # but they refuse to hand it over everytime and we go to this exact location EXTREMELY often, you'd think theyd have learned by now🙄

The food is good (and gets you full) and it’s definitely cheaper than most other options which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. The only downside is that seating is sometimes limited but that’s all.

The manager named Jasmin did not care in any way. And that's why I didn't like the menus in the Restaurant either. The products were very cold.

I just picked up my food thru drive thru. The food was lost to greasy, very bland no flavor so disappointed with there food, never would go back.
Excellent service and food. I had made a silly mistake with my online order and had it place for the wrong Santa Ana location. The lady in glasses and black shirt (manager?) who assisted me was super patient and friendly. She immediately went above and beyond to help make a quick and efficient meal with little hassle for me as the customer. Food tasted fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this location. We’ll be back.

Tried to remember is name - Caleb? Started with a "C" I think. Tall, slender kid. Anyway, he was about the most polite, kind person we have ever met at a takeout place. He looked like he might be kind of new but he did a great job. You have found a great employee and we hope he gets opportunity for advancement down the road.

I went Yesterday (May 31,2024) I ordered a plate with Chowmein , New Hot Spicy Orange Chicken, and mushroom chicken. I tasted the mushroom chicken almost like dirty sink water. Today June 1, 2024 I woke up vomiting all morning long, feeling weak, stomach pain, and headache. I’m not coming here again. I’m sorry, there isn’t enough health concern on food quality. ?
Very poorly coordinated, they don't tell you where to line up to place your order.They spend all their time talking and they don't tell you anything very bad...disappointment.
