They missed my order i need to wait an hour to get my food from uber, I placed 2 orders and the last order they said somebody already picked up my food i was starving. So not cool and I didn’t get any of my food

The teenager they have working as supervisor, Jackie Lopez, could use some more training. Was unconcerned about the issues with my order and didn't know how to issue a refund. I don't think she apologized once for them missing my items and making me drive back with my 2 year old.

Terrible service!!! Waited in a line of 6 people they took everyone's order when it came to me the girl walked away to talk to her co workers someone got in line behind and she took there order right away when I get up to the register finally they tell me to get back in line of about another 6 people I told them nobody took my order twice thinking he could just quickly take my order and they can shove my food in a box and hand it to me but he said no you have to wait in the back of the line to place an order ridiculous will never eat here again!!

Edit: we get the family meal now and its almost always fine, except when they give me half ful containers. Only 3 stars because theyre very stingy with the meat on the broccoli beef, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken breast its almost all veggies. Also its a hassle picking up an order if the person who ordered isnt the same one that s picking it up. I make the orders online, my husband p/u says my name and has a screenshot of the order with confirmation # but they refuse to hand it over everytime and we go to this exact location EXTREMELY often, you'd think theyd have learned by now🙄
