Edit: we get the family meal now and its almost always fine, except when they give me half ful containers. Only 3 stars because theyre very stingy with the meat on the broccoli beef, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken breast its almost all veggies. Also its a hassle picking up an order if the person who ordered isnt the same one that s picking it up. I make the orders online, my husband p/u says my name and has a screenshot of the order with confirmation # but they refuse...
The food is good (and gets you full) and it’s definitely cheaper than most other options which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. The only downside is that seating is sometimes limited but that’s all.
Excellent service and food. I had made a silly mistake with my online order and had it place for the wrong Santa Ana location. The lady in glasses and black shirt (manager?) who assisted me was super patient and friendly. She immediately went above and beyond to help make a quick and efficient meal with little hassle for me as the customer. Food tasted fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this location. We’ll be back.
