I ordered the Caesar salad, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, the dressing was bland, and the croutons tasted stale. For the price, I expected something much better. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be ordering it again

Asked a worker for something they basically mumbled and I had to go look for it on my own.
Dietary restrictions: Great if you need soft foods. There soups are amazing especially the creamy chicken and wild rice.

Panera thinks they are amazing, but in reality are no better than McDonalds. (1) Overpriced. $19 for a kids macaroni and kids soup. (2) Kindly asked for a water cup and the employee rolled their eyes. How dare a customer ask for a water cup, right? (3) Kindly asked for the restroom code and was told 2529. It didn’t work so I went back and asked again. With an attitude, the employee said “YOU TRIED 2925?!.” By this time I had enough so I replied “NO, because you said it backwards the first time. Okay, thanks.”

Came here for years on regular basis. Food keeps getting less and worse quality, prices are up by 25% in between Oct '23 and Oct' 24(don't blame it on inflation, that happened before) and now the kids meals are more expensive and don't even have squeeze yoghurts anymore. Pay more and get less. Disappointing.

The customer service was below average. Every single table was dirty and occupied by plates. Half their lights don't work, their ventilation looked dirty, the drink bar wasn't being taken care of, and overall the place looks poorly maintained. I've been to many Paneras, and this one's by far had the worst atmosphere
I'm a Sip club member and I was close to this store. Not my usual but I didn't want to drive 10 miles for a drink.

Food was good and edible but it was not worth $35 for a half sandwich and a small pasta and soup. they didn’t pack our food correctly. The chicken soup leaked all over everything and tore thankfully the soup landed on the right side. I think for your money you can get much better food!

I went earlier to order a drink and sat outside, Then my daughter went inside to get a refill and a lady that claimed to be the “manager” She’s hispanic with glasses, went up to me and told me front of a group of people that my daughter wasn’t supposed to get a refill because we didn’t pay for the drink. How could someone be this rude!!! It was an embarrassing moment because there were many people present, (when I did pay for my drink) We were just getting a refill, so I went back inside and repay the drink, but she was very rude!!!!! What is worst about this is that she when just told ME there was plenty of other people Dining in drinking sodas in water cups!!!!! I used to love this location, but since this lady is working there, I suggest you seriously consider eating at this place!!!!!
