horrible experience. I usually go to Panini at Mickelson and it's fantastic and we were close to this location and we thought it would be the same. turns out the food quality is not consistent in all of their locations. the rice was dry and tasteless, koobideh was burnt, vegetables were burnt and raw at the same time. also a lot less than other locations. barg kebab had taste like warm ground beef when you leave it out for 3 hours. no marination. I personally would never go there again. Irvine location is the best one yet.
I was invited by my neighbor for lunch and fell in love with their fine food and service at first visit. Chicken kabobs is best in town. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommend.
Falafel wrap and lentil soup were both very good. My friends enjoyed the paninis. Attentive service and restaurant was clean. Will go again next time in town.

This is the second Panini Kabob Grill I've visited, and like the one in Cerritos, the food was fresh and delicious.The chicken kabob had just the right amount of char without drying out the chicken. The falafel were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The chicken pesto panini was great.Prices were fair, the place was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.

This was our first time at this location, and it was our best experience so far.The service was friendly, accommodating, and fast. The food was great.
