Ive been ordering from this store many times and wow this time it was horrible ! They forget my beverage which is $5 dollars , I called and they said they would redeliver but I never got anything so they stole my $5 dollars . To make things matter worse my pizza tasted off and made me and my wife throw up . Also if you order though papa John’s website they will ALWAYS redirect you to dooordash and papa John manager keeps the tips left on papa John’s meant for the driver ! , this is illegal and I will be reporting this ! I hope a district manager or a member of corporate can contact me ! Thanks to this location I WILL NEVER order from papa John’s EVER AGAIN . I will be calling my bank also for a charge back because I will not be paying for this nasty food or horrible experience !

This location either has an oven that is too hot or the dough isn’t as great but something just sucks here.
I’ve ordered from this location maybe 5 times over 4 years due to this location not being the closest.
Only once was the pizza actually good, every other time the bake on the pizza is over done creating a very hard bottom and tough chew.
That is how the pizza was for me Apr 17th, once I got home and took the first hard tough bite I was so disappointed. The rest of the eating experience was just brutal, my jaw was hurting by the time I finished eating.
If you can order from a different location you should do it and avoid the despair this location you bring you.

The guy that did my pizza was quick and helpful but I noticed he was on the computer keyboard, then on his phone, and finally made our pizza without ever washing his hand or putting gloves on. Disgusting! 🤢

I would eat papa John’s pizza if it’s the only option at a pizza party, it’s quite bland. Workers prepped it on time tho, so the rating is purely based off taste. Stuffed crust’s cheese needs help. Bought it when it had a deal on it for $15, definitely would have been disappointed if I paid regular price.

No one was there when I arrived. Then I found a very rude talking lady that was talking on the phone. Then after I made an order and spent $90 on it, she told me it would take 20 minutes, but I took like 1 hour, and when I asked her, she talked to me very rudely. I didn’t take the order, and I made a dispute to the transaction. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE

I have not orederd papa johns pizza in about 12 years. Basically for the same reason, a complete rip off! But since I was working close by, I thought I'd give it another chance. An absolute rip off! I ordered a single italian papadia for carryout and paid over $14!!!! I figured it had to come with a drink, but no drink. It's basically a kids 6 inch pizza folded in half! Fool once shame on me! Never again Papa John's not worth the money!!!

Apparently closed and hasn't notified anyone, including the parent company of the franchise. Placed an online order yesterday and got called 20 minutes later by corporate to inform me the order was never accepted and they reached out to the company multiple times to no answer. Had to cancel my order from their end.
Good service and quality. Sometimes very, fast delivery through Grubhub.

I ordered online from 3316 Bristol street Papa Johns, but when I went to the store, the employee told me that there was no such order, so I showed him the order number and everything, but the employee had difficulty standing and talking, he was high and I did not get the pizza I paid for.

Papa John's used to be my go-to pizza, but the quality has seemed to drop significantly over the past few months. Pizza tastes stale and hurt my stomach. Was hoping it was a fluke but got 3 dissapointing pizzas in a row so I will no longer be ordering from here again.
