This is the first and last time I'll ever buy pizza from Pappa John's! No menu posted...not even a small hand-sized menu! You have to go online and look for the prices! Craziest thing I've ever come across! And then I was charged over $17.00 for an 8" plain cheese pizza...and it was AWFUL!Staff was helpful and nice so there were no issues with them, but quality was lacking and prices were way too high for what you get!! Like I said...first time ordering anything from Pappa John's, and definitely the last

I called in three times while shopping at Target across the street. Every time, no one ever answered the phone and the call eventually dropped. So I walked in and the Team Member was just sitting in the back hanging out. I asked why no one was answering the phones and she had no answer. This was at 3:30pm on 7/24. I asked about carryout specials, was told there were none. This is the 2nd time I've gotten poor service from this location. Never again. Awful people, awful experience.

Try ordering from them over the phone lol good luck talking to India. You guys have lost all credibility. Rebranding is your only hope. I will never poison myself with your garbage pizza anymore as you have made it to hard to order. The automated system opens in English then starts talking in Spanish when I hit zero it just starts again. How am I to know I had to listen thru the Spanish to get back to English just to get an A person from over seas. Wake up you anti Americans losers

This place does not care about there customer service ethic, we ordered 3 pizzas & the food tasted stale & the food was so bland. Then the driver could not even get in to our complex the driver actually took 15 min. In to our bldg. We literally had to go & meet driver downstairs. Did not go even return to us change.Angel
Order a pizza today came to pick it up lady in the front doesn't greet or anything looks mad that she's there. Gave me 3 packets of cheese and pepper Asked for more. Rolled her eyes and gave me the same amount ask for a few more and said that what she gave me was enough for my pizza. I have never been told that there was a limit of only three at papa johns and told her that and she laughed. Then a delivery man comes in and she starts complaining to him in Spanish that I asked for more cheese and pepper. So rude and not welcoming establishment. If there was another near by would NEVER come back to this one again terrible service.

I don't even leave reviews but since I saw the others I had to. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage and jalapeño pizza.... I got a pineapple, onion, and jalapeño pizza... like who tf would even order that?!? And I don't even mind pineapple on pizza and I'd still call back and be like "are you sure?" And when I called back she answered and immediately hung up after letting the phone ring for about 2 minutes. And then when I called back it just rang and rang and rang... this is honestly my worst pizza experience ever.

What you order via telephone is not what you get at takeout. The lady is rude & mean. This place deserves 0 stars. Not worth saving a few bucks for nasty pizza & lousy service. CORPORATE PLEASE CLAMP DOWN. Thank you. P.s. no hard feelings.

Ordered Spinach Alfredo & the quality was not as good as it used to be (quality has declined) but the pizza was hot (good thing), not just warm. Ordered pepperoni but disappointed with the sauce & lower class cheese. These chains including Pizza Hut MUST be using cheaper ingredients, better to order pizza from other places & avoid the chain places! The primary reason for the 3 stars was the staff.
