I don't know about the tacos but if you go outside they sell smoked bbq FIRE!!! Food is super super good I had the Smoked Dino Beef Rib, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Rice and Dirty Noodles they served with with Watermelon Water definitely will go again

5 stars for the food alone, but the service is SO bad that i had to drop a star. The atmosphere is noisy and unwelcoming. But.. they have the best food! Best damn carne asada burrito i've ever tasted, ever. Anywhere. This is as good as it gets! AMAZING place for take-out.

Decided to switch things up from our usual Pakistani/Indian spots and try something new. Came here on a friend’s recommendation. It’s a clean, welcoming little joint tucked inside a gas station — don’t let that fool you! We ordered the carne asada, birria beef taco, and quesadillas. Everything was packed with flavor, and the prices were super reasonable. Service was fast and friendly too. We also tried their tacos which they were making fresh , tasted oh so good. Definitely glad we gave it a shot! Best part it was halal !

The guy taking orders has zero customer service. He payed no attention to us while ordering our food. Our tacos had more fat than meat, meat quality was horrible thick and super chewy. Not worth the price. Not coming back.

Food had a good taste, the pieces of meet were cut to big for a taco, the meet had big chunks of grease.
Tacos are amazing! The corn tortillas were cooked perfectly and crispy and the meat was so flavorful

This was my second time here as my little wanted to try a place I thought well of. The property is shared with a gas station, which is next door, and the pumps are in front of both businesses, so there is not much in the way of parking.
The inside is a bit sparce as far as decor goes, but there is seating both for 2, 4, and 8 to 10 people. This, however, is not the reason to go to Papi's.
The draw is the tacos and burritos. While I have not yet taken the opportunity to try one of these big burritos, i have had the tacos, and they are delicious. Now, there are three types of protein to order from. They are Carne Asada, Pollo Asado, and Beef Birria.
Now I luv steak as much as the next guy and chicken tacos, especially Pollo Asado tacos, but the real draw here is the Beef Birria. It is just done right and super tasty.
Being born and raised in SoCal, I like hot sauce, and I'm not talking the stuff they keep out for the gringos, bit the real hot sauce that has both spice and flavor and they certainly have that at Papi's.
If your looking for a new place to try some excellent tacos then Papi's Tacos and Churros should be your next stop. Enjoy!
