There is a lunch special. It is 2 to 3 dollars cheaper than a regular meal and comes with a salad or soup, main dish, and dessert (fortune cookie). The food is really delicious, but it takes a very long time during lunch time because it is delivered together.

I didn't even walk inside, the shopping center is gross, parking lot empty and filled with trash, most businesses closed with warning signs on the windows to keep out. Chain link construction fence around the perimeter of the property. I didn't even get out of the car. AVOID!
