I ordered online for pickup at a certain time. I happened to be running behind so I CALLED THE STORE and talked to someone and specifically requested that they make my order a little later because I was running about 15 mins behind and didn't want my food to sit out for too long. My friends place is a 2 min drive away. Tell me why everything was lukewarm and the noodles mushy. The spring rolls had exploded and the food was overall not good at all. The iced coffee was also bad. That doesn't happen in a span of 15 mins. I'm honestly shocked that this place has decent reviews. Maybe the food would have been a little better if they had prepared it according to the time I was going to pickup opposed to preparing it when I ordered an hour in advance. Didn't really have a choice bc I was driving from LA. Why even have that option available I'd you aren't going to prepare it accordingly? It was so so bad, please go somewhere else.

I often come here for a quick bite when I'm alone. It's always quiet in the afternoon before dinner crowd. The service was great and my pho tai came out quickly with extra hot soup as requested. The waiter was so nice he offered if I'd like to try their mung bean dessert for free. I had no idea there's a mung bean dessert. Highly recommended.

found a ripped piece of plastic glove on the bottom of my grandpa's soup 👎🏽 unmistakable for a glove. Purple and stretchy. About an inch long.

Pho soup base pretty alright. Pricing for the large portion is questionable. The service is very quick and helpful.

Food and service was good for a Vietnamese place in Irvine, very comparable to Garden Grove. Only issue is the lighting. It was so dim that it was difficult to read the menu. Which the tinted windows they should have upped the lights.

The coconut water was refreshing, while the spring rolls were just average. The mango boba drink had a flavor that seemed like it came from a powder mix. Additionally, the balance of noodles to meat in the pho didn’t quite hit the mark.

Got a vermicelli with eggroll, shrimp and chicken. Wow! Huge peice of perfectly juicy and tasty chicken. 3 shrimp on a skewer. Loved the amount of peanuts in the dish! 100% reccomend. Also go a plain pho, hot dark and flavorful pho. The herbs and spices give it a deep flavor. Must try! Chilie sauces are sooo good, they taste almost home made.
