Food is super low quality: 70% of plate was rice, part of the rice was over cooked and just like mud, found something black and weird in rice. Chicken: one big piece was something like a chicken sub product (joint?). Half of the chicken entree were just small fried pieces of bread… Absolutely the worst quality food.

We did an order online and their app makes it so easy. When picking up the food they had it ready promptly and even set us up with forks and plates to make eating at home even easier and even move convenient. They were happy and welcoming when picking up our food. Always delicious and would always go back to this location!

I had yet another great experience at my local Pick Up Sticks. I would like to make a special shout-out to the manager and cooks. Every time I eat here doesn't matter what I order, it is always consistent. Everyone is so nice and always asks if I ever need any other condiments or silverware. I see them cleaning the tables after someone has finished and just get right back to work. Thank you for your lovely service!

I have had the best experience at the Pick Up Stix Store #755 on MacArthur in Santa Ana. I was visiting my office in Santa Ana and stopped in for lunch one day. A young lady there named Maria assisted me. She was so friendly and helpful, she educated me on downloading your APP for offers and promotions so I could earn rewards. I have since been back several times to this location and it is always a true pleasure to see her. She is so friendly and warm. I definitely want to give her a shout out and her managers should recognize her for her great customer service she provides to their customers. The food is always well prepared and delicious at this location. Because of Maria, I'm a loyal Pick Up Stix customer. Please recognize her, employees like her should be acknowledged and rewarded!
