I placed an online order close to closing and we arrived to pick up our pizzas and store was closed. I can see my name on the screens where they display orders that are ready and no employees where on site. Neither my pizzas inside the warmer. I called and no one answered. Other times they have called me to see if we are on our way or if they can’t make the order because it’s almost closing. Not time. I want a refund and I’m curious why they didn’t cancel the order or called.

I was pretty impressed with the Melts! Quick service. Had the munchies and the ? pizza dipping sauce was good also. I will come back for more and maybe order a pizza ?

Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time … didn’t get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why can’t the store answer it ? Why doesn’t the stores phone ring first , and then if nobody answers , then transfer me to the idiots over there , not just automatically transfer me to them this is ridiculous what is this AT&T or is this Pizza Hut ?

This new uber delivery service sucks the driver said to me im i going to get the food or not he was lost he he also forgot my 3 ranches i oder with wings and pizza i spent 60bucks and honestly im mot otdering ever agin .

The Costumer service is the worst that you can get. These employees need to be train again when it comes to place an order thru the phone This used tobe my favorite place to order pizza but with these employees now i never calling this place again.
