They deserve zero stars after spending countless hours in urgent care. My children got food poisoning from this place. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like or how sanitary these workers are. Safety regulations where? Food safety knowledge where? My children are sick from your lack of professionalism. I called to speak with a manager and was asked “what do you want, I’m in charge right now?”. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Calling health department.

I ordered the Melt (and breadsticks) today. Both slices were very hard/crunchy. Breadsticks were slightly over cooked as well but I ate them as the melts weren’t edible) . I don’t understand why all these pizza chains keep over cooking their pizzas. Pizza is supposed to be kind of floppy and not stiff as a board. I give up and I’m just gonna start going to mom and pop pizzerias.
The food was overcooked, but the service was great and the front girl was amazing.

I placed an online order close to closing and we arrived to pick up our pizzas and store was closed. I can see my name on the screens where they display orders that are ready and no employees where on site. Neither my pizzas inside the warmer. I called and no one answered. Other times they have called me to see if we are on our way or if they can’t make the order because it’s almost closing. Not time. I want a refund and I’m curious why they didn’t cancel the order or called.
I was pretty impressed with the Melts! Quick service. Had the munchies and the ? pizza dipping sauce was good also. I will come back for more and maybe order a pizza ?

Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time … didn’t get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why can’t the store answer it ? Why doesn’t the stores phone ring first , and then if nobody answers , then transfer me to the idiots over there , not just automatically transfer me to them this is ridiculous what is this AT&T or is this Pizza Hut ?
