I was pretty impressed with the Melts! Quick service. Had the munchies and the ? pizza dipping sauce was good also. I will come back for more and maybe order a pizza ?

Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time … didn’t get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why can’t the store answer it ? Why doesn’t the stores phone ring first , and then if nobody answers , then transfer me to the idiots over there , not just automatically transfer me to them this is ridiculous what is this AT&T or is this Pizza Hut ?

This new uber delivery service sucks the driver said to me im i going to get the food or not he was lost he he also forgot my 3 ranches i oder with wings and pizza i spent 60bucks and honestly im mot otdering ever agin .

The Costumer service is the worst that you can get. These employees need to be train again when it comes to place an order thru the phone This used tobe my favorite place to order pizza but with these employees now i never calling this place again.

Extremely disappointed. Order pizza through the Pizza Hut App. Stated a time I would recieve it, I recieved it 45 minutes after that time. All food was cold. I fell asleep and my husband went out to get it. In the morning he told me about it and that it was delivered by DoorDash. Never ordering from here again.
Pizza was barely warm and had so little cheese that you could mostly see the sauce. Very disappointed

Daisy so helpful and she's awesome that's why I'm giving this location a 5 star other then that parking is fierce I usually park in front of the church or side street and walk it hope my parking tactics helps someone happy mothers day to all the moms

Not the best at customer service . I called to order a pizza . 15 mins later I show up because my pizza was ready . As I pay the cashier hands me the pizza I open it and it’s the wrong pizza. The cashier goes to the back to look for it. She mentioned she saw the pizza but does not know were it went. I had to wait another 15 mins for my order (total of 30 min) . I understand sometimes situations happened I been there however no apology was made or any sort of that .

That's actually why I started reading, and have kept at it still, even though I don't get anymore free personal pans for it...HA HA! But I do love how easy it is to place your order on the app for delivery or carryout. We selected the carryout only deal for a large 3 Topping for only $13.99.Today I had enough rewards points to redeem a free dessert order of mini Cinnamon Rolls. Our food was hot and ready right on time. They actually have a scene above the register that displays your order name and when it's ready. The parking lot is small, but we have always been able to find a spot no matter what time of day it is. It's always been quick & easy, in & out here.
