Bad bad service Saturday 4 23 I when with my family. To dinne inn it was all good. I paid for everything everything started off good #51 I order an dinner box with and A large three toppings which was chicken and ham And they brought the dinner box. We started eating. Family of 8 waiting for the. Next pizza. We're we're literally done almost both in like maybe 15 minutes. We were waiting. For our large patiently about at her all together 30min For some reason they forgot. But other pizza or they should taught be fine for me to take home because they handle to me on box for some when I walk to front desk ask for other pizza guy no names mentioned but they know who there are I was there 5:15 around there left 5:53 disappointed. They forgot my pizza my kids were hungry brought them for a good time been coming here 2000 staff bought to attention Manager knew her staff mess up but she did nothing to satisfy a customer she told her staff just write down how you give him back no experience what so ever No customer service at all not acknowledging us as customers to me all bad any futher questions u can text me man disappointed wow. Manager didn't do anything sad say sorry all her said cashiers whisper in sorry thank you not good managing customer satisfaction. No matter what need be more attentive of restaurant That what u running enjoy ur pizza

Putting a one star because I’m a local and everytime I go apparently there is never pasta but its on the menu? I have gone on multiple occasions different times and there’s never Alfredo

I absolutely love this place! The food was amazing and the breadsticks was crusty and it was very tasty. The service was very good and I didn't really have any problem with it. It was very peaceful and not so much noise, and that was good, overall a very good place.

The service is awful I usually order from this place all the time I placed a order today at 5:30pm and was expecting it to arrive at 6:02pm the order was processed, I placed the order online, it told me it got processed I waited and 1hr for the pizza I was walking up and down to the pool to my apartment door to see if would arrive at the office or at my apartamento the pool I was at is next to my office anyways I called after and 6:20 to see where my order was they told me it's on it way I was okay they not far from some so it should get here in 10ms it took another 30 mr for me to call and asked to about my order when they told me it got cancelled the order my kids are hungry and am unhappy at this point I check my bank account and I see they verlo sent me my money why would they not called me at least to let me know they cancelled my order. So I called again to see why would they not call me or let me know that it got canceled they never gave me an explanation. They keep trying to say I canceled my order witch I never did and really un happy the service is horrible. I did get my refunded but that not making me mad am mad because they never called me to let me know they canceled my order

I wanted a personal pan pizza with black olives and pepperoni... I literally got 2 black olive slices on each tiny piece..an I've been at this one before a few years ago an they use to do good on the toppings. It looks like all their money went into all the big screen tvs when they renovated the restaurant an not into the food. Domino's, Papa John's and fresh Brothers all put a lot of ingredients. Pizza Hut's gone downhill.

Wow haven't had PH in ages. Where I live none exist anymore. Had to try it! Ordered on phone and pizza and breadsticks were amazingly the same as I remembered. Ready ahead of schedule and friendly staff! A few people eating in and place looked clean. Very happy I tried!

I love this place! Great pizza and great service! I don't care for Pepsi products though but it is what it is. When you dine in, they provide the Parmesan cheese. You need a code to use the bathroom though.

This is one of my go to places for quick fast pizza. I grew up on Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut has produced good quality food and service since I moved in the neighborhood. Not all Pizza huts are good, but this is a good one!
Hi there I'm very unhappy with this Restaurant location, as a son of a mother whose older and with the need of use of the handicap parking I don't think it's fair for your employees to park in the HANDICAP PARKING just because it's convenient to your guys' entrance/exit for your drivers, it's ver unfair and unprofessional from your drivers and RUDE. It's 2:38pm and a black Honda ACCORD plates: 8AFU432 and one of your drivers was walking out to her car to put the pizza in the car to drive off and deliver them meanwhile we had to a park further down. NOT COOL

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! 35 mins for 2 personal pizzas, rude service after asking how much longer after waiting 25 mins and nothing, then 2 mins later she came out and said they're being made fresh now. After 27 minutes?! Ordered at 7:40 with Briseldia and got the pizzas at 8:16. Some BS excuse too, she didn't even finish her sentence trying to make up a lie on the spot

If u could give this location zero stars i would but i cant so i will give it one star. The manger was extremely unprofessional and had a very uncaring attitude, we had the unpleasantness of only receiving half of our food. When mentioning that part of the order was wrong, the server went back to fix the new one and we received a smaller portion and she just threw it on the table literally made me feel like a dog. Once we went to get a refund for the food we did not receive that was when the manager was not helpful at all she did not know what to do and was literally trying to charge me for food i did not receive. They were literally nitpicking if we got a RANCHH for the wings we never received. Never did they apologize for the inconvenience and thats the main reason for this rant. We understand everyone makes mistakes but the poor service was extremely unprofessional and u just lost a loyal customer from the 1990s . Ps i dont even want to go back because its not the same as when i was a kid

Wife and I brought my little ones (7 year daughter and 11 year old) for pizza last night. I've been visiting this location since the 90's with my parents and never had an experience like this. This location has multiple flat screen tvs and tv # 20 was playing TNT and what seem to be a Girls Gone Wild documentary, the content was blurred yet graphic; girls flashing, twerking, removing their tops, bottoms, and more. The attention was brought to the cashier and the cashier said, she'd let her manager know before changing the channel. The channel was never changed, and two or more employees looked out from the kitchen door window towards the tv. I am not visiting this location again. My wife and I had to have a conversation with my little ones we weren't prepared for. My daughter, asking me why women were grouping each other, why were they displaying their breasts, etc. Smh! Shame.
