This is by far the worse; I called around 10:15, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back, I was on hold for 3 minutes. They picked up kept phone if the hook, i heard some ruckus then hang up on me. I called back waited 10 minutes, then just for kicks I decided to go over to the spot. I didn't hang up just to see want happened, maybe they are busy etc, But no. I stopped the bank toget cash and let time pass. I still had hopes, lol.
