I ordered delivery and my pizza came cold and with a missing piece . I didn't even order through door dash , maybe the dasher got hungry and got a piece but Im paying for a full pizza ,next time ima just order

I'm leaving this review because I got a delivery order and unfortunately it got mixed up with someone else's order. Vanessa helped me out when I called in, she made the process easy to get me a replacement. Her attitude was easy going and very friendly, I appreciated the understanding staff here at this Pizza Hut.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A ONE STAR, the guy JESUS didn't get my order right and didn't even bother apologizing for giving me my order wrong what type of customer service is that and asked to speak to supervisor or person in charge he said he was that the manager was on break ..... he looks like he don't even care to work there phones were ringing like crazy i had to wait another 20 mins for them to have my order done again gave me attitude when asking for the pizza back that he originally got wrong. The place looks super dirty, I don't recommend ordering from here Remember to give good customer service and be apologetic when doing orders wrong . Worst customer service employee goes to JESUS !!!!!

They forgot part of our order and we didn't find out until after we got home. We only stopped by this location because it was close to where we were at the moment. Tried to call multiple times to get the issue resolved so we didn't have to drive all the way back. No answer.

I ordered 3 medium pizzas and a order of bread sticks online with my reward points at 2:30 pm and wanted everything at 4:45 pm so I could pick it up after work for dinner for me and my family. I show up a little after 5 and the guy that helped me looked at his computer and saw no orders under my name. He then talks to his manager that tells me the order has been cancelled!! By them because I can only order one pizza per day and I ordered 3. What!!!! They never called me and told me anything! I even have a email saying my order will be ready at 445! So i guess they make there own policy and the app just lets you think your all good with ordering 3. And I lost 675 points cause they canceled my whole order... and my points never went back.

Best pizza branch. They are fast, fair and friendly. Place is clean, big, that can accommodate large group and good entertainment favs tv all around. Great place to dine in or take out.
