Everything is absolutely cold… seriously they want wage increases but yet they can’t even get an order on time… not the first time this happens always get told will get something sent for the trouble… BUT WHAT A SURPRISE DONT EVEN GET THAT…

After twenty + years, I decide to give you another chance! And that's what you sent me for $35? A greasy pizza with 18(counted) pepperoni and no shortage of jalapeños?? And it STILL was bland. Soggy greasy, nothing like the picture. My bad. Buy cheap pizza get cheap pizza, I knew that goin in. I believe in miracles, just stay away from the Hut! No miracle here.

I ordered a large, three-topping pizza and arrived right after ordering. I was given a very old pizza, it looked like a pepperoni pizza that was several hours, or more, old. There was barely any sauce or cheese, one sliver of an onion on a few of the pieces, and barely edible olives. The pizza was nearly inedible, that is how old it was. We just threw out most of it, what a waste of time and money. Oh, and how convenient, I went online to fill out the complaint, got all the way through, just for it to not recognize the city that I live in? Which is the same city as the Pizza Hut? How convenient. I want a full refund.

Our local Pizza Hut delivered our food early and piping hot. As usual the delivery person was polite and pleasant.
if i could leave 0 i would but yelp has your back since you guys were "cleaning". i forgot one star business don't know how to use their manners. walked in to four employees standing at the front of the store. none of them even said hello when we walked in. a simple greeting could've made all the difference. the pizza was dry, hard, and barely cut. seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer all night. but at least our dogs liked it. will not be coming back.
